The taste of the food is the reason I keep coming back but the redhead woman “ayleen” has terrible customer service. Showed up 40min before closing and acted like she didn’t notice me in drive thru. I got down after 10 min and still tells me “ oh we are already cleaning and closing” I asked aren’t you open until 11?

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I went last night craving a hot dog, but it turned out to be the worst mistake. First off, I decided to go inside because they had a drive-thru with a long line, thinking it would be faster. That was my first mistake. They clearly prioritize the drive-thru, making me wait until they served all the cars before taking my order. After waiting for 15 minutes just to place my order, they didn't even give me a receipt.Then came the agonizing wait of 45 minutes with no sign of my food. Growing impatient, I went to the front counter to inquire about my order, only to be met with a nonchalant "sorry, we have a lot of people." At that point, I had had enough and asked for a refund. I left the place still craving a hot dog, but now with a bitter taste in my mouth.Save your time and avoid this place at all costs. The staff is rude, and the restaurant looks dirty. Worst hot dog experience ever. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I was craving a loaded hotdog when I found this place and was happy I did.I got the El Paso and Sonora hotdogs.Both hotdogs came out very quickly and were very crunchy! The meat on the El Paso hotdog was a little tough, but had good flavor to it. It's a little messy to eat, so I needed a fork, but overall, I really enjoyed it!
