What a disappointment I ordered pizza and I got crackers

Worst experience ever. App said my pizza was delivered; it wasn't. Called the store and was told I was next on the route. Tried calling 20 min later, and the phone system was not working. Attempted to call 3 more times with just static. I put on my shoes to physically go to the store, and my pizza was sitting outside the door, cold. The driver never knocked, called or texted. The pizza was a cold mess. This was a careless, lazy effort from start to finish. Never ordering here again.

Whoever is currently on delivery at 7:04 pm 11/16 near Scenic Drive and Rim ran a stop sign and almost hit me. It was an older white truck.

I asked the guy in the cash register if they had any smaller boxes to carry my leftover slices so that I wouldn't be carrying that large box around my University. He said "Dude, that's what the box is for! We don't have anything else!" In such a trashy attitude for no reason. I apologized and he just scoffed and walked away into the kitchen. Horrible customer service, never returning again.

So Dominoes has an app to let you know when your order is ready and you show up and they tell it won’t be ready for another ten minutes. Other orders that were after mine are ready and are on their merry way. So what the heck!! Why even have the app is my question. No a very happy customer at all.

So I just got of the phone with "manager" from this location and once I told him that the pizza was burnt, he said that he wouldn't remake it because he doesn't like giving free pizza! Once I told him that it wouldn't be a "free pizza" because I paid for it. He said thank you for calling and he hung up the phone! His name is Rob.... BUYER'S BEWARE!!!!
The customer service wasn't helpful at all at this store, the pizza was cold and tasted gross, and why wouldn't it when it got delivered over two hours late! I'm NEVER ordering from here again!!!

No way to give a lower rating, especially given that they kept hanging up the phone when I called to place an order. First time, ok may a mistake. Three times in a row? I won't be using this location ever again.

??*Great customer service today from Domino's on 07/04/2023. Store location: 2601 N Mesa St. El Paso, TexasAfter an Uber issue ($25 one way fare- in the app- to go 2 miles), the store manager offered to deliver my carry-out order at no extra charge. I had tried to call and cancel my pizza order after the Uber app (network?) fiasco, and Rob -store manager- was understanding of the situation. This could have gone any of several ways including loss of order and sales. Thank you Domino's for placing value of customer and quality of service ahead of, and instead of, choosing a convenient opportunity to let the situation sour out. My pizzas were the freshest of deliveries I've ever received. 5 star review with impeccable taste. Not my fault or Domino's, today, but Rob and his team did the hero thing and did it well.Happy 4th of July ??*(public posting does not equate to being a public figure)

I asked for the meats on my pizza on one half and extra tomato sauce. I received a pizza with meat evenly spread and no tomato sauce. After I complained about my order I wasn’t given a fix but told I could wait 15-20 mins for another pizza. Idk just bad service all around

I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza and cookie brownies, I’ve yet to be disappointed by these guys. My food was delivered quickly and tasted great as always. Definitely will get pizza from them again
