Just came for one pizza at 11pm and came through drive thru expecting a normal greeting but was given a attitude from the female worker at drive thru and told me she could not help me and i would need to order inside. Waited over 10 mins for employee to take order even though I'm the only costumer and there are 4-5 employees. Took 30 minutes for food to be ready. Food was good, male employees taking orders were friendly. Not a good experience with female worker at drive thru.

I ordered delivery and the driver forgot 2 of my items! She called me from a number when she got here but my husband got the order for me and once I saw it she had just drove off so I called back the number she called me from and no answer. I called 3 times. Bronwyn was the driver. I called the store and was told the driver would bring it when she got back to the store but they never came back to drop off what I was missing. Paid for delivery fees and a tip and for food I didn’t get.

Initially, I encountered a less-than-ideal experience; however, after speaking with the establishment, they resolved the issue entirely and graciously provided a credit for my entire order. The subsequent experience was exceptional, and everything proceeded smoothly. I will certainly be ordering from this location again, as they clearly demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction, and it is important to communicate any concerns that may arise since it's the only way they have a chance to correct any mistakes.

Pros:
-Affordable prices on the app
-Clean bathroom

Cons:
-App pick up time is different than in store
-Extremely slow with long wait times
-Poor customer service

Consequently, this will be my last time going to this particular Dominos, as the wait time is much longer than the time the app tells you. Their service sucks as well.

Second time they mess up my order. Specialty upset when you get a expensive pizza like gluten free byo looks like a two topping pizza. The pizza only had onion and pepperoni and steak. Where are the other toppings? First time two I took the credit pizza but second time. Come on. Manager didn't apologize I guess no training on customer service.
Finally, once I ordered on accident at the other dominos on dyer and wow great experience it's further away from my location but worth the drive they haven't messed up my order at all. I asked for a refund and drove myself to farther location because service is great! Go to the Domino's on dyer off Cassidy by fort Bliss. Don't waste your time at the one by Fairbanks. My build your own pizza looked like a two topping pizza 🤣🤣🤣 hell nah. No thanks I work hard for my money and I'm not one to complain unless y'all keep at it. I worked my whole life at restaurants so come on. Send the manager back to training.

This Dominos seems to have the inability to follow orders. I have ordered from multiple times and every time they get it wrong. They can’t even cut a pizza correctly. Whoever is in charge of making the pizza and cutting the pizza should be fired on the spot.

Today the driver almost hit my car on Hercules passed on Dyer. I was extremely piss and the driver was severely all over on Hercules passed drive after passed on Diana Street and had to pulled over to observe the driver while on the road. I told driver what happen and he’s too small and not sure if He can see the road. If I am Manager, I will fired him from that spot
