The manager was very rude when asked on why a oder was taking over 2 hrs. Never had a problem but now will never go back there again

Order was supposed to take around 11 min, finally got to the window after waiting in line for about 20min only to be told that I would have to wait another hour and a half. Don't tell people a time if you're not gonna be able to give me my pizza at that time.

Horrible service used the restroom before ordering and they told me I can’t do that and to never do it again in such a rude way even when u was apologizing, also when I was going to grab my bag and go grab money that I left in the front they threw it outside really disrespectful not ever going there

So this is the 2nd time coming to this location and having a issue. 1st time an employee would not give me my food (that was already paid for) because I made the mistake of how I would receive (my already paid for food). Today walked inside to pickup my free pizza that I earned from being a loyal customer. There was no acknowledgement of my presence. While people were standing around only to receive a pizza that was not even sliced. I am displeased and disgusted with the lack of simple care and consideration. My order name that I use is Billy Crash. The incident that occurred where I had to go home just to come back was placed under my mom and I Janet Gathers

Not trying to be a karen or anything but everytime i order from here. My order is always wrong and i have led it slide many times but is a constant error. Constantly getting my order wrong either i order in person on online

Please train your employees on proper telephone etiquette and customer service. After today, I will no longer be ordering from this Domino's location ever again. I do not recommend. Not only do they need to work on their customer service, but they also need to work on getting their food out in a timely manner. I placed my order online over half an hour ago and I was told that they haven't gotten to it yet. It is not worth the amount of money I paid. Order put in at 6:22pm and didn't get put in the oven until after 7pm...smh...never again...we received our order around 7:20pm. The food was okay and that's why I changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars. The only things we didn't really enjoy was the small portion of the Alfredo pasta and the wings barely had any meat. It was like eating straight fat and batter.

Please, teach the employees how to cut a pizza/replace your cutters if the blades are that dull. While it is extremely funny watching the pizza somehow get cut worse and worse over time, it also just gets more annoying having to tear the pizza, or recut it myself. Its a fast food pizza, having it cut correctly is like the most basic thing this dominoes can never seem to get right.

It's pretty good in all other regards though. Like every other chain restaurant, sometimes it's a miss but it's a hit more often than not here. Thin crust slams, 5/5 almost every time. Thicker crusts are a gamble dawg but have potential to be bomb or terrible you just gotta risk it.

They had my order fast 10 minutes for a total of 6 pizzas so that was great, once we got home pizza had minimum to no toppings (would recommend to check order before leaving the establishment
