Someone seriously does not know how to cut a damn pizza, my order practically fell apart. And looked burn like they left it in the oven longer than needed. I worked at a pizzeria. This is unacceptable.

Called at 7:47 PM to place an order for delivery. Gave my card number was told it was going to be $44. When I told the guy it was supposed to be $28 he sounded upset and told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half. Waited an hour and 43 minutes and still hadn’t received my order. When I called to check the status I was told that there was no order in the system under my name or address. First and last time I’ll be ordering from Domino’s. Horrible service and experience.

My order was ready at 652 and I didn't receive my order till 725. I am only 3.4 miles away in a hotel. ( 12 min drive ) Delivery driver got almost here and she decided to spend 15 min at the circle k. Called the store employees says they can't contact the driver to see what's going on and management said well we can contact her she was just getting gas. U could of got gas after dropping off my food I was 2 min from that gas station. Will never be ordering from this location again. Terrible experience all around. Employee just don't care

Last time I ordered they forgot a topping on all three of my pizzas I only complained about one, this time I ordered 8 piece chicken and they sent 5 good pieces and then a few tiny pieces that equal one of the other pieces.
This is a horrible pattern, and I work In food… I know how simple it is to keep your attention and do your job check orders and double check before the driver leaves

Sophia needs her manager Cesar to provide her the tools to perform their job like having change for paying customers. Sophia should not ask a driver to do her job of calling a customer. Extremely poor customer service.

As a truck driver passering through town, the young lady who answered the phone was professional and very helpful. She told me what stores were closest to the area I was in for delivery and pick up. My pizza was fresh and delicious, quite enjoyable!! The manager also advised me that their parking lot could accommodate my semi due to their receiving their goods in a larger truck. GREAT JOB Y'ALL!!
Worst customer service worst food I have ever tasted Cesar omg does not resolve your issues does not make the effort to make your experience better I had gathering tonight with family order 4 med pizzas and 2 bone in wings I specifically requested for everything to be crispy and well done I called the store asked for this request I let them know that if dint mind waiting we pick up and get home the pizzas were cold supposedly they're 2 topping pizzas it was more like one topping and cold 😔 and on top of that the wings were disgusting they hardly had any buffalo sauce and some didn't have any on to top that off the skin was chewy I spent 50 bucks on that some y'all may think it's not a lot of money but we could have gone to Papa John's for the same price and the wings there are delicious sorry dominos you disappointed me this time

This specific location is a waste of time to go to they’ll give you a pizza that looks like it’s been sitting there the whole day. Overall just very sloppy and lazy zero effort put in to make anything fresh. better off going to a different location

To start this review off, this was a delivery order. The driver when coming to make the delivery almost caused a wreck in the road because he did not read the sign on where he was supposed enter to deliver. Instead of calling after he missed the entrance, he decided to loop around and try again, and pulling to the parking lot beside the building. He then backed up into traffic onto the road to then stop in the road to walk over to make the delivery. Him doing this almost caused a vehicle behind to crash into him, because he randomly stopped in the road and just got out of his car to hand the food over. After all of this headache, we then look at the order to realize that part of it wasn't even right. So overall this was not worth it.

Pizza will delivery took over an hour 15 minutes for an 8 minute drive. Call to ask what was taken so long since the app showed my order in quality control for almost half an hour. Was told order was on the road. Soon after the app updated to my order just entering the oven... This order place on a Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. not exactly rush hour. Not very confident in anyone working there. The order was meant for my pregnant sister working a shift down the street.
