Went through the drive through a few days ago and I got handed the bill to tip. They did the same thing last time in which I did tip. Both times filled with weird hearts on the bill to try to get you to tip. I did not tip anything but a few days later I see the bill on my card and it says I tipped 37%?????? Insane behavior to write your own tips for a drive through service. Working on getting my money back but this is completely unacceptable

I ordered a 3pc combo to go. Got 2 very small pieces. The worst part was that the chicken was fried instead of grilled. Completely hardened. Sides seemed to also be very old. I love this restaurant but lately the quality of our meals has been very diminished on multiple locations I have tried recently. The kitchen on this location was very dirty with food all over the floor. Hope something changes….

So there was no cars ahead of us, they made us wait 20 mins for our food. The cashier was laughing and didn’t even acknowledge us or at least came to check on us. Awful service and it’s not like food is super cheap.

Very small meal looks to be more like a toddler meal this was not a kids meal ordered the chicken legs look like quail legs and the side salad was tiny. Used to be served in a plastic dessert size container not worth the money. Very disappointed the place seems to be going downhill but the prices say otherwise they continue to rise.

Amazing taste. Howeverrrrrr hehe what part of the chicken is this? I ordered number 1 and the pieces make me sometimes wonder if I’m eating chicken. I mean it tastes like chicken but many thing taste like chicken. But I have to figure out what part of the chicken I’m eating. See picture below. I mean you guys have a great product! POLISH that amazing product. Consistency is the key!

Horrible service. No cars in front of me, only ordered a bowl, waited 15 minutes at the window, workers laughing and being chismosas but never opened the window to even take payment. More cars came behind me and placed orders and the viejas still just gossiping away. Left to get food elsewhere. Not the first time this has happened.

I've pretty much been to all of the Don Carbons in El Paso but this location is definitely the most lacking one. I've been here past 2 times and the beef used is either undercooked or they use the fat part of the meat instead of actual meat.
