I ordered two meals in the drive-thru, and it took 15+ minutes for me to get my food. Even though I saw when they left the bag next to the window but did not give it to me. Also someone was standing next to the window with the bag but did not open the window to give me the order.

Over 20 minute wait in the drive thru. I even turned off my car while the guys inside are running around playing and cleaning to close for the day. 30 minutes before closing

I had the beef fajita and it was cold and flavorless. Not even fajita meat. The meat was oven reheated ( microwave) and to make things worse I just saw kitchen staff using the bathroom with out changing gloves . Yuk I'm not eating hear no more

Have only ever used the drive through but they always make you wait even if no one is in front of you and are horrible with providing service. The drive through employees are usually rude and not willing to help. I also pay by card and was not asked to sign the receipt and denote a tip which is concerning to me.

You have to love Don Carbon; a real local gem that has blossomed across Sun City. With some of the best Mesquite Grilled Chicken in town this is a go to place for quick and fast quality food. Love their #3 combo with frijoles charro beans and macaroni. Located next to "Amar Peruvian restaurant" and Albertsons, this Don Carbon is very close to UTEP. It offers some great burgers and chicken cooked over their open charcoal mesquite grills. This is definitely a local treasure as it was created by a Mexican family from Juarez who shared with our community their passion for food and marinated chicken with some great spices. Their grilled chicken is to die for absolutely succulent! They also offer a surprisingly delicious plant based burger and my favorite their Tofu Bowl. The service is with Bernice and Esteban was super friendly and the atmosphere is cool and relaxed! This place is typically packed for lunch. So come early, and try Don Carbon this is a local fast food that deserves our support.

This evening I ordered a sirloin fit bowl on the drive through. As I was enjoying my dinner, I took a bite full of fat. I was disgusted immediately and didn’t finish my dinner. I’m highly disappointed. I took a picture and you can tell the difference between steak and fat. The left side is the large piece of fat that came with my meal.
I found a small bug in my salad, I asked them to change the whole plate they brought to me the same chicken pieces back with another salad. They looks the same chicken pieces exactly when i touch them they were cold that how im sure they were the same. The manager was helpful and she brought new ones when I talked to her and apologized and gives us free dessert but the staff in the kitchen why they brought the same chicken pieces in the first place?!! Are they gonna eat it if they found a bug in their food?!!

I went today to eat and it was the worst experience ever the waitress and the cashier was nice and all but the manager in charge were all awfully without a smile on her face I mean if she doesn't want to be there just don't be that attitude made me don't want to come back because management should be the role models for the rest of the team was amazing and hopefully they changed that manager.

Went on recommendation from hotel. Completely underwhelmed and disappointed. Dry, cold flavorless chicken fajita meat. Onions and ginger sautéed with chicken fajitas? Terrible. Who even does this? Mac salad was mushy, overcooked pasta and wasn't made with Hellman's Mayo. Insulting to Hawaiians. Square corn tortillas? Charro beans were the only saving grace. Waste of $18.
