AVOID THIS LOCATION. Workers need to be trained up on how to properly DO their jobs. How can they be so LAZY and RUDE. Their customer service is complete GARBAGE while food is being prepared POORLY. $80+ for POOR servings. The UPPER VALLEY & SUNLAND PARK locations are WAY better.

I placed an order online and waited the time they gave me, but when I arrived they said they didn’t have my order. After checking, they realized it was there but they hadn’t seen it. I had to wait again for them to prepare it. Poor organization.
I had avoided giving them business since 2021 due to poor service. I drove from home 8 miles to pick up and get home only to find out salsa and onions were missing. I should have checked at pick up, but I payed for a complete meal not a partial meal!! Should not require to check people's daily tasks. I finally gave in , Nov 2025. I think their chicken is well prepared just horrible service and overpriced. WELL!!! they did it to ME again!!!! Don't do this to a hard worker and starving person. Never again will I give them my business. Is this common for Don Carbon???? I called management but the advise was drive back.... a 16 mile round trip during rush hour, really, please. Starving worker!!!

This is a fast food. It's a great Mexican fast food restaurant. Their signature Carbona Angus Burger is among the very best burgers I've ever had. The staff is too nice. Not everyday, but once in a while when I crave a burger, this business is what I think about, Don Carbon! Arriba las hamburguesas Mexicanas!

Everything these owners touch is golden,same owners as one of my favorite el paso spots Perol,steak and chicken mixed fajitas I get a side of birria juice ,Mac and cheese, and macaroni salad,

workers were nice but quality of food and wait time was terrible. i don’t usually write reviews but this was hands down the worst burrito i’ve had in my life, which is super disappointing for it being in el paso. i wish i had read the most recent reviews before coming here. it took us 20 minutes in the drive thru to get super hard tortillas, hard instant rice, hard canned beans, and tough meat, plus the grill was filthy and you can tell it hasn’t been cleaned recently. idk why it took so long for the food to be made given the quality of it. it was difficult to eat given how hard it was. recommend qdoba over this.

Chicken was great. The tortillas, not so much, the sides we also good. They need to have the AC repaired or one installed the portable swamp cooler they have doesn't help much when it is a 100 out
Worst experience ever had with them. A Cockroach landed on my plate from the ceiling!! And to top it off the manager was accusing me of yelling at her, when I was only raising my voice due to them having loud fans and a big portable ac unit next to the cashier. When I tried to explain that I was not yelling at her the manager “Esperanza” kept shutting me out. I have on video when you can clearly hear how loud the fans are. I need to speak with someone higher than her because she clearly doesn’t do well with customer service. I had to complain to a different location and they agree “Esperanza” was in the wrong.
