Great food but the employees are horrible and don't know how to treat people professionally. If you're going to take a job where you are in front of people, your attitude will show if you don't like your job.

Me and my coworkers went in there for our lunch hour and we tryed to order the chicken combo and they told us they ran out of chicken and then told us it would take about 30-40 minutes to cook another batch of chicken we left an just when to Pollo Feliz. Me and my coworkers were wondering how do you run out of chicken if that is the main entree that they sell.

Worst burger I've ever had, I expected more than just a thin and bland store bought beef patty, very disappointed, but on the bright side the store bought french fries were pretty good.

I spoke to the manager told her we were generally happy with another location. However our food at Sunland was cold, chicken was dry and the chicken wings were terrible. I never leave bad reviews but I find it unfair to pay almost $50 for food that is less than acceptable. The manager indicated management was aware that mine was not the only complaint mostly of the chicken wings.

I ordered online ahead of time so I can stop by after work and pick up and go. But when I got there, I was told they had no chicken ready, and I would have to wait 15-20 minutes. So I waited and about 30 minutes later my order was ready
I checked my order and saw two little pieces of chicken in the box. I asked for a better piece, and she hesitantly brought me another one. The two pieces were still very small and not worth the wait or the money. Usually, I get big juicy pieces of chicken, but not that time.

Chicken was burnt. Eating around the burnt skin, the actual chicken was flavorless. The rice had some color with little corn kernels, but - also flavorless and hard. The baked potato with butter and cheese was okay, I guess. Never ordering from here again. I don’t remember the last time I’ve had food this bad.

Surprising that they don’t list their fantastic vegan options on their indoor menu. They have a vegan burger with vegan cheese and vegan mayo! The fit bowl with quinoa, you can get with TOFU!! I took my family to this location solely because it was mentioned on a vegan blog. They were happy with the chicken options and I was ecstatic for the burger and bowl. I got the bowl to go. Love that all orders seem to come with chiles toerreados. I’m taking all my non vegan friends here since they have such great vegan options for me.

Dietary restrictions: Vegan burger with vegan mayo and vegan cheese! The quinoa bowl you can get with tofu!

The chicken was really bad, i’m sure it was left over just re heated, the leg did nor even look like a leg, the beans not as good. This is the don carbon in sunland park. I usually go to other don carbon and always had a good experience, and the chicken always fresh and the beans better than this sunland park don carbon. I don’t believe i’ll ever go back to this locatios. The other don carbon location a better place to eat

Clean place ,Service good ,
But chiken looks like old and reheat not Fresh .
Every thing else looks ok .

Waited 30 minutes in line just to get to the window and them telling me its another 30 minute wait

Do not recommend this location at all! Not only was Priscilla the cashier distracted while placing the order but the order was missing all of the condiments it was supposed to come with. No salsas or onions to go with the whole dry chicken. The fries were so old and burnt I literally cracked a molar eating one. Now I have an emergency dentist appointment to go to. Thanks a lot
