Just went through the drive-through ordered two fit bowls they cost me $27 then had to wait about 15 minutes for the bowls when the girl handed us the food. I asked her for an extra salsa and she said I’m gonna have to charge you for it, it’s things like this that make people not want to go to Fast food restaurants, you pay a lot of money you get shitty service, you ask for a extra salsa and they tell you they have to charge you after spending $27. That’s freaking crazy! Have you ever been to a Mexican restaurant they give you a whole bowl of salsa and unlimited tostadas!!!

I have been there 4 times in a 2 weeks(different times), (the zaragoza location) and every single time there is a wait for food in the drive thru of 30 minutes!! I ordered a combo #2 , thats 2 pieces of chicken and the rude girl in the drive thru ALWAYS SAYS THERES A 30 MINUTE WAIT ON CHICKEN!!! really? Dont the owners see a decline in revenue?!?!?! These kids dont want to work! Imagine how many people they turn away with that excuse???? I will never go there again.

This place is fantastic. I’ve eaten here twice since moving to El Paso and they never disappoint. I always get the sirloin bowl (it has sooo much meat in this bowl,last at least 2 days) My family LOVES the chicken and sides - night recommend. Personally it has replaced chipotle for sure! I’ll update my review once I go back and get another bowl to show you the quality of the food.

Placed an Uber eats order and after 20 minutes I got a message that my order had been canceled. No explanation or anything. Good thing I looked at the app or I would've been waiting for nothing. It's just disappointing, will never order online at this location. Not sure if I'll even do dining room either, yes im that petty😂
