Zaragoza Branch It is seriously disappointing to pay almost 20 dollars for a hamburger with bad meat and still with a mediocre attitude on the part of some employees, and without wanting to make a change or reward you with something else, I am really disappointed.

We've been ordering for the past few years. Prices have kept going up, but the chicken pieces started looking like chicken wings. My husband would order 2 of the 8 piece chicken to do a meal prep for the week. We have stopped going because of the price going up and the chicken getting smaller. We absolutely miss it because it truly is great tasting chicken.

40 min wait after ordering in the drive through. Upset can't describe. At least they were nice enough to apologize and even gave me a cheesecake.

I recommend that you pay more attention and concentrate on the food orders you make. I ordered a takeout order of combo #3 with two sides and they gave me something completely different and before I knew it, I was at home. Out of respect, I won't say the name of the cashier, but I'll leave an observation so you can be more careful.

Absolutely horrible service!! I’m a frequent customer at their Location on gateway East but I was in the area and came here through thebdrive thru during break come to find out the person taking the order can’t understand me because she can’t speak english. I love diversity but as someone new to El Paso I can’t speak spanish. She comes out and tells asks me if I speak Spanish I said I don’t sorry and she slams the window without saying anything 7 minutes later she charges me, purposely putting the receipt in my face. I said oh okay and gave her my card charged me waited another 15 minutes for my order absolutely terrible service!!!!

Service was horrible when to eat lunch took them forever to acknowledge me and take my order. Waited for my order for over 15 minutes and still nothing. I was there scratching her nose serving food with the daily was she mentioned to me that they made orders as they came Even though I was only two customers in there was extremely rude

The most disastrous experience. I ordered online for pick up and paid with credit card. I got several messages that order would be ready in 10 minutes or less. I drove to pick up and upon arrival I was told the order was not ready that it would take more time. I sat and waited for about half an hour until a staff member came to announce that it would take at least an hour and a half because they had to get chickens from another store. I could wait or cancel the order. I said to cancel the order. Then they said they couldn’t do it. I had to do it myself online. I tried and tried and couldn’t find anywhere online how I could cancel it. Then the girl went and asked someone. She came back and said she could only cancel the chicken but not the other items. She finally figured out how to do one item at a time. PLEASE train your staff, and everyone else responsible for food inventory. To add insult to injury, I get text messages letting me know that it will take 3-5 days to get my credit card credited. SAD, pathetic, way to run a business.

We arrived around 8:35 and placed our order. The staff said the food would take 30 minutes and that it was okay for us to stay and eat even when they close at 9. I just want to thank the staff for their friendliness and hospitality. I know other places would’ve been annoyed. The folks at this Don Carbon went above and beyond to provide great service. Yes, I definitely recommend this location.
