Traffic is bad getting in the area now. Ordered the 2 piece combo. Pieces were tiny, not great quality meat. Ordered ice tea tasted like dirty water no flavor. Girll at window doesn't want to be there bad attitude. Not worth the money and effort to go there. Service and quality has definitely gone down since it opened
The chicken is half raw and without seasoning or flavor! I do not recommend it!

This is the second time I have issues with this specific location. The first time they had no chicken! Now this time, they took my order wrong and gave me the wrong side. I saw it before I left so they were able to switch it. The fries tasted like they were cooked in dirty oil. The other issue that I didn't notice until I got home was I specifically asked for the jalapeños to be separated from the chicken. I have toddlers and when the jalapeño juice falls on the chicken it's too spicy for them. I checked and the jalapeños were right on the chicken. The girl who took my order clearly was not paying attention to what I said. Avoid this location. I'll be having to make the extra drive to go to the George Dieter location where they always have top notch service and accuracy.

I haven't been back to this Zaragoza location since they opened, went on 2/9/24 for a dinner plate. The lady taking orders was hard to understand, I ordered a 3 piece all dark meat combo to go. The soda machine was out of ice and the sodas were all flat. I got home with the food and the fries were cold and old, the chicken portions were small. Not sure if I'll go back to this location.

Súper burned and salty chicken! It used to be a good place.
Don Carbon is probably the best place to get mesquite chicken because of how excellent the taste is. Also, the beans were pretty good too, being not only beans but also with chili and wieners. The French fries were 100% the best fries I have ever tried here in Texas. The service was wonderful welcoming us and asking how our food was, and checking if we were ok or not. The atmosphere was good but not as excellent, as their decorations such as the upside down chicken. The Restraunt didn't have as many people on the inside but certainly had a lot of people outside in the drive-thru.

I love Don carbon food, but I have to say the drive-through is super slow and the cashier needs help with counting cash .I was shortchanged a dollar and I was already gone when I realized . Not a big deal; however the wait was quite long.Vegetarian options: I love that the fit bowl has a vegan option and the sauce that uses super special.Dietary restrictions: If you need gluten-free dairy free, this is a place to eat!
