The dining experience provided adequate cuisine with satisfactory service overall. Unfortunately, the establishment's cleanliness was lacking. Eventually, this detracted from the overall ambiance, creating a less ideal environment. On the end, Don Carbon is an alright place to grab a meal.
I come here all the time and always get a hello and a wonderful smile from Celest and she is always happy, the waiters I always get are very attentive too. Good food and good service.????
Had the 2pc combo, the chicken was delicious and juicy, charro beans and a baked potato with cheese refills of manzana sol drink left me with a full stomach.
