Literally went thru the drive thru and the lady stopped talking after she asked me what I would like to order…. I said hello 6 times I go in she’s literally walking around talking to the other employees and she messed my order up then 1 of the young guys was talking on his phone by the drive thru in the corner so unprofessional I won’t be going here no more literally

I just got charged almost 19$ for a combo..
And I was given a soda can for my drink..
A soda can.. at a restaurant.. no wonder no one was even there. My fries were like chewi plastic.. I am sure this dump will end up just closing soon. First and last time I ever go there and I will definitely run word of mouth that's so ghetto

The attention was good But the food was cold, the variety they give with the dishes was unpleasant in my opinion (the tortillas, the bullfighting chiles and the chickens were cold) For the price of the products there is much to be desired

They always give you the smallest pieces of chicken for a big price. Don’t get me wrong, the food is delicious but every time I order for one or two people, it’s bad. My photo shows the jalapeños are bigger.

We waited for more than 20 min in the drive thru line and we just decided to leave. They should have told us they didn't have anything ready. A police vehicle was ahead of us and was already there when we approached the line, I wonder how long they had been waiting.

Super disappointment Don't order burgers, they are expensive and ugly. The meat looks like the Walmart brand is horrible and small, it looks like meat for a kids meal The chicken is delicious, but the burger was a waste of money.

I used to come here 3 years ago. I used to get the chicken quesadilla combo, it used to be 10.90. It came with fries and a drink. I move back to ep and the prices are higher. This place for sure lost a customer. Charging another 5 dollars for fries(just potatoes) and a drink. Most places the drink is 1.50 for medium. This is why kfc and Popeyes will never die out. Also i didn’t get napkins, but i did get attitude from the drive thru, because i just got the quesadilla instead of the combo.

The food was so delicious. The meat was flavorful and moist. The the charro beans were so good. The young lady who waited on my was very pleasant

That one girl that doesn’t smile and has a dead stare on her face named Christine at the drive thru has weak customer service. She would be better off working at McDonald’s where she matches their energy perfect. She should go back to her training on a better attitude with customers.

I went to buy chicken and beef fajitas late at night, around 8:30 pm. Service was ok, workers presentation was very poor, dirty, the person cooking the food has long bear and somewhat long hair, loose. The food was extremely dry and had no flavor at all/ tasteless. We had to throw away the beef. It was horrible. Beans tasted old.
