We usually love Don Carbon, it never fails us but today the chicken was too dry and the Mac salad was just Mac no veggies and tortillas were cold and dry as well. hopefully next time it’s better or that the other locations keep up the good food like always.

Just tried to go eat at 7 pm on a Tuesday. As we got there the staff was quickly locking up. I pointed at the sign saying the closing time (which had not come yet) to which one of the employees responded with the cut motion. Additionally the open sign was in fact still on.

Boy, someone didn’t taste their food before serving it to the public. I ordered a fit bowl with chicken and the bowl tasted as if they forgot to put salt and added extra salt. Maybe I asked for salt with my fit bowl? Or maybe the salt bottle broke and fell into the meal. Either way I couldn’t finish my meal because of all the salt. I ended up putting my food in a colander and washing my fit bowl meal and added my chicken back in. Why add salt to the meal if you get a dressing that contains salt to add to the meal already? Today’s meal was very disappointing sorry to say Don carbon.

Absolutely amazing place. We are originally from carlsbad and we were looking for a new experience, so we tried Don Carbon the best choice we made we got two burgers a side of rice and fries with water and dr pepper and a large side of Mac and cheese. The food was amazing the Mac and cheese I highly recommend the jalapeñois hot but even that was delicious. The service was super nice all and all 💯% loved this experience and highly recommend it.

I've only been twice. The first time I ordered chicken, which turned out to be charred and dry. I can ruin chicken myself, thanks. The second time was today. I went because my boss wanted a steak burrito from there. The burrito was delicious and would have earned a high rating, but whoever fixed my burrito decided to use a huge piece of pure fat as meat. I wish I had taken a picture of it.
