I went through the drive thru and ordered, my order was wrong. Never go through the drive thru, my order is never correct. The attendants were rude and rushed, hence my incorrect order.
Salsas are $1.00 each
on a order of $35, because no chicken was ordered...

This is a place I visit often, however this weekend we stopped by for a late dinner it was close to 9pm. Closing time is 10 but the tables were already being moved for cleaning. Staff was very unwelcoming. We had to ask for some to take our order as they were all just walking by and ignoring us. The food was cold, had to keep asking for everything from condiments to plates to napkins. There were 2 other families that came in after us and they were also treated poorly.
Drive service was slow, and the speaker wasn’t working properly. However, I do recommend the sirloin bowl, for $13.
Expensive, but really good
Overall awful. Food was fine, nothing special. Chicken is chicken. The employees were rude and expected us to have heard their conversation with another customer to know their store hours, which they didn't seem to know since they guessed they closed at either 5pm or maybe 9pm? We asked a simple question, and the boy cashier turned to his coworker and mocked us. What happened to at least waiting until the customer walked away. It's a pretty snobby place, considering it's glorified fast food. Skip it.

I went to eat around 8:40 PM, even though the location is advertised to close at 10 PM. Upon arrival, an employee shouted at us that they were closing in an hour and mentioned a 45-minute wait time for orders. This didn’t bother us, but it was clear that the other customers who arrived with us—about 12 in total—were upset by this approach.
Why does this happen? I work in the restaurant industry, and I know this is a tactic some employees, especially younger ones, use to discourage customers from ordering so they can finish early. We weren’t arriving 15 minutes before closing; we came with over an hour to spare.
As a company, I understand how difficult it is to attract and retain customers. Having young employees who lack customer service skills actively discourages customers from spending their money here, which seems like a very aggressive way to lose revenue.
I would strongly recommend that corporate pays closer attention to this location during closing hours because this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced something like this here. It reflects poorly on the brand and drives loyal customers away.

Completely DISSAPOINTED and dissatisfied, this was our first time trying this restaurant and we ordered, a whole chicken, burgers and the chicken salad which we payed over $100 for!! Like seriously? Chicken was definitely not fresh! It was cold and bland! Burgers were flavorless, skimpy and the patties were undercooked and COLD!!! The chicken salad was ok, decent portion but definitely overpriced! We are extremely MAD at how expensive this place is and how BAD the food is! This restaurant is absolutely not worth it, bad service, HORRIBLE COOKS, low quality food and overpriced!

Picked up this food on the east side went all the way home on the west side and when I got home, I ordered two large fries and both those were not even filled up to the top about halfway filled up.
I ordered double cheeseburger and they gave me Patty instead of two.
We open our chicken and all the chicken were completely burnt.

very bad service, the staff does not serve you well and if you have any complaints or questions they do not know what to answer you, they should pay more attention to that and know how to serve their customers
