We place an order online and it was accepted by them with an ETA of 35 min max for pick up. We arrived 38min later to the place and they had forgotten about our order and told us to wait 5 more minutes, which we had no problem to do. After 10 minutes we went back to ask about our order and the guy said that he hadn’t even started it cause we had one with egg and that caused him a setback. He ended up doing a refund instead of doing his job.
Food isn’t even great but we liked going there cause it was actually fast and okay.
Very unprofessional from their side to accept orders but not being capable of completing them, just waisted everyone’s time.

Small, easy menu. The chilaquiles are more like a snack you'd find at a ballpark, rather than a well-rounded meal. (If it were my business, I would set up outside of some bars for the late-night crowd.)
Service: The two young ladies were fast and efficient. I was the only customer, and I got served and was back in my car in less than 5 minutes.
Food: The portion size was great for the price. Overall, I was very pleased with the flavors. The chipotle salsa was perfect.
Why I didn't give 5 stars: The green salsa could've used a little more salt. The chips were not quite as fresh as I would have liked, but that's being nitpicky.
I WILL be back and try other protein options.

I placed an order while out of town for my parents to pick up on Sunday March 24, 2024, the place opened late that day and they said the order was never received.My account shows charges went through and today when I went to clarify, their limited - to say the least- costumer service said not my problem.I understand not having control of certain things, but as a business you should always treat your client with respect, so, I suggest finding your Chilaquil fix somewhere else!!!
