The staff is rude and unprofessional. They treat people like garbage and the food isn't worth the price.

I'm so glad we tried this place! We always go to our regular Mexican spots, but we decided to switch it up. The restaurant is kinda small, but it's decorated really well. And the food is awesome! I got the tampiquena steak, and it was delicious. It was a good size and super tasty. It came with beans, rice, and an enchilada. My husband really liked the beef flautas (4). My daughter got the red enchiladas. The sauce is legit and really good. Definitely recommend!

The food was good but one of our tacos was missing cheese. There’s a funky smell that hits you when you walk in but it’s from the wooden decorations. We definitely want to go back and try their other foods.

The comfortable place with a good atmosphere... small portion of refried beans and sauces with totopos in what you check the menu... the friendly attentive and smiling service (very important) there were three tables and the lady served us all very well smiling and attentive all the time.... The ceviche toasts are very good, an extra point for the tostadas in house made, not bought👍. Half an avocado on each tostada and the fish on point. The tacos were very good, only the sauces didn't totally match, they did the job but it could be better. The very rich fish broth, the pieces of fish at their point neither watered nor annealed.. al dente .. if we will come back to try other dishes on the menu. ( we eat the refried beans and chips before the pics)

Don Taco on El Paso's east side is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, the vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff make you feel right at home. It's the perfect spot for a delicious and authentic Mexican meal.

Now, let's talk about their Flautas with rice, beans, and salad – simply divine! The flautas themselves are perfectly crispy, filled with savory goodness, and clearly made with fresh ingredients. The rice is fluffy and flavorful, the beans are rich and creamy, and the accompanying salad adds a refreshing crunch that ties the whole dish together. Every bite is a delightful explosion of taste and texture.

Don Taco truly knows how to create a satisfying and incredibly tasty plate. If you're around George Dieter and looking for fantastic Mexican food, especially if you're a fan of flautas, you absolutely have to try Don Taco. You won't be disappointed!

Went in tho past Saturday around 5:30pm. We went in to eat for my husband’s birthday. Our daughter is autistic and won’t eat certain things so we went into wing stop next door to get her a meal and then came back to get a table and they wouldn’t let us dine in because we were going to be bringing in my daughters food from wing stop, they said they could allow that. So we had no choice but to take out food to go. The girls working that night were kinda rude about it.
The food was really good You all should really consider getting more educate on Autism because I won’t go back there just for that reason.

First time eating here and I was skeptical but I gave it a try and I was glad I did. The asada and pastor meat was seasoned and cooked just right, they had a good flavor. The queso with rajas and chorizo was delicious and the beer was cold. The waitress was friendly and took care of us well. This was a good pick for date night with my wife.

The food was not that great, the server was on her phone most of the time and to top it off the food gave my husband and I a really bad stomach ache and my daughter got sick from eating the food as well. I do not recommend this place at all the food was also super greasy and had little no flavor
