I can’t rate it higher because I couldn’t taste the food! We would go to their west side location sometimes and it was great. We tried the new location and couldn’t even find it let alone get in. There was no signage indicating where they were. The Mona building shown on their FB page was closed despite the hours being correct nor did it show a sign for Dracs either. ?‍♂️. Oh well

Wasn't expecting it to be in the back of the bar, but was surprised. This tiny little kitchen fed 30 people in 30 minutes effortlessly. OG Philly was delish and so were my garlic wings. Can't wait to go back!

Visited because of reviews and I love cheesesteaks. I expected something better than what I’m used from chain restaurants. It was not :(The hoagie roll was chewy. The steak had A LOT of fat in it, which i hate. I’m surprised, for the price I’d expect better quality meat. I did enjoy the fries ?It was a green chile cheesesteak, but green chile was hiding. I will say flavor was good too, maybe change the roll n cut out some fat. customer service was great from everyone in there.

This place has amazing food. The patty melt is my favorite thing to get, so fresh, so homemade. Ive been eating from here since the original location downtown during the pandemic and the quality has remained the exact same it just goes to show how much pride is taken in quality control. I saw a couple nasty reviews and my jaw dropped i really cant believe there is that much hate for a local business. "not enough wings, no fountain drinks" these things run out/go out of service!!! its not a major fast food chain that has a consistent amount of customers per day, this is a local business which means some days will be more booming than others! common sense, people! i would say stick to mc donalds -but even THEIR icecream machine breaks, how will mc donalds ever survive! lol. Dracs please keep being great, service is always quick, and you all never compromise the quality for a couple entitled neckbeards. BEST CHEESESTEAKS IN TEXAS!!!

This place is a joke. We order drinks and there fountain drink machine is not working. So we are forced to order the bottle sodas witch are more expensive. And we ask for ice. And they don't have ice. We pay for our meals my daughter orders wings we sit down and then they come and tell us they don't have wings. Will not be back again.Had to add to my review.Do to dracs responding to my review. Dracs wrote nothing but excuses instead of talking responsibility. No one said anything about you guy's being a wing place if your place offers them you should carry them. But the way I see things it's a manager's responsibility to order enough. And if you want to blame Pepsi for not having fountain drinks! Again the manager should have told Pepsi I need the machine fixed or get it out and will get a company that can provide service. Now since you spoke on my behalf. Let's get something straight I never enjoyed my meal. Because I can tell you that your hotdogs are not good at all. I think the manager is lacking experience. And if you continue like this. I can guarantee ? dracs will not be there a long time. Next time don't try and make yourself look good by saying we are glad you enjoyed your meal.

It's a fun place! I love the artwork and the food was delicious!!! It has so much on the menu that I want to try! Now I'm gonna have to make regular visits, to try everything! Om, nom, nom!!

Found this place by accident, but now I’m addicted. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. They explained the sandwiches and told me I could add to each one. The first time I can 8in original- OMG! Now I’m taking a foot long home to my husband. We’re having the original plus. Bell peppers and mushrooms. I added a basket of fries to my order- they’re seasoned to perfection!They also have a combo which is $15.14 including tax (8in, fries, and drink!).Must try their green chili steak sandwich next- green chili sauce homemade!!!!Eric and Jenny are the best ( they’re the owners)This was the Mesa location but they also have a downtown location.

Dietary restrictions: Can do gluten free and fix .

Kid-friendliness: Decor is Count Dracula , so kids are entertained by it. Background music makes it a lively place to be.

Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp to get on sidewalk and restroom accessible. Plenty of room at table for chair. Plus the owner would help anyone out if needed.

Best place to get a Nashville chicken sandwich, cheesesteaks, burgers and more! Definitely my favorite place! Plus the staff is really awesome!

Don't listen to these goofs Andrew Dimas and Luisa Arvizu leaving these negative reviews. These individuals are out here acting like professional food critics. Dracs is a great place for a quick bite to eat. Great employees great atmosphere great food! Keep it up guys!

The food was amazing! Myself, husband and 3 kids all ordered. And we all enjoyed the food! I have to give 4 stars for the service because it did take a while before anyone came to the counter for our order---longer than I would deem as average as they were not busy. Albeit the staff was friendly and quick to fix a small mistake that happened with our order which we were grateful for.Awesome Dracula memorabilia decorated the walls and the old style music added a vintage feel. We'll definitely be back to order again and I highly recommend the food to anyone who likes a great cheese steak sandwich. The loaded fries were also super awesome.
