Employees there are very rude! This morning I dealt with the manager. She was wearing black so I assume it was a manager. Unprofessional behavior! Now I understand why everyone there has attitude. If these are the type of people you’re promoting, maybe it’s time to reconsider and do better Dunkin! It should start with the manager!

The staff at this location are under trained and unfriendly. I ordered using the mobile app and when I arrived for my order they shared the items were not available. When I asked for a refund the lady at the speaker was rude and asked me to pull to the window. The lady at the window was far worse in her tone and attitude. When I asked for a refund she said I had to take a drink, or other item. I told her I had no use or want for another item. She then came back with half a dozen donuts and said they were complimentary for not having the other items. I don’t understand how they were complimentary when she didn’t give me what I paid for… or issue a refund. When I called on the phone to speak to a manager she was very rude and said she gave me what was on my order ( she lied). She also said she couldn’t give me her name because they aren’t allowed too. Worst service.

Ordered on the app at 7pm when this location closed at 10pm. They were out of over half of the doughnuts and wouldn’t refund me my money and told me to call a number to get a refund manager was rude not helpful and useless at best.

There was two people in front of me when I got there and it took nearly 30 minutes for them to take my order. They had about 20 people behind the counter and only one register open! When I finally get to order the girl taking my order doesn’t know how to make a decaf pumpkin coffee!! Mind blown!!! Left with no coffee at Dunkin’ Donuts!!!! Don’t bother going if you don’t want to be frustrated. Everyone walking around and looking like they are lost, what a joke.

I went and got a hot coffee here yesterday and it smell to much of the young lady perfume and soon I took a sip I could taste it . My coffee didn't taste like any coffee but her perfume all the around the cup . (They should be wearing gloves and safety stuff to handle food items for hair and causation

I don’t appreciate this dunkin location charging me $4 for almond milk in my latte. No other location have ever charged me double regardless of if I add ice and I go on a daily basis. Greedy policies at this location, no thanks!
