Cashier gave me the worst attitude known to mankind. I ordered frappe, gave me frozen drink. Donuts 🍩 were just tossed in the box. I'll cook next time. Let me get a martini shake, not stirred.

I love dunkin, so it sucks that the service here is so inconsistent. They can be quick but they'll mess up the order. They are rude over the drive thru and often mess up my mobile orders.

The customer service is awful. No one including the manager greets you in a friendly manner. At least they ignore you for a few minutes before they acknowledge you're there. They all need customer service training. I will definitely stop going there.

I am a dasher, they ignored me for straight 5 minutes. Not even one of the 3 bothered to ask me or say something. Not-busy for me to be ignored!

I love dunkin. But what i dont like is when they over fill my drink with ice or the skimp me out ⅕ of my drink and I still gotta pay full price. Idk what they do but they make it foam up and by the time you drive away your drink has a HUGE GAP missing. We pay good money for this food/drinks they LEAST you could do is do the job right. Its not like the drink come out of the works checks personally. They really need to retrain the staff there. Next time, I'll refuse my drink and just get my money back. I refuse to pay over $5 for a cup of ice with a splash of drink.

I went to Dunkin’ Donuts for the Cereal and Milk Latte, but I was told it had been discontinued. I mentioned to the staff that they should consider bringing it back because it was so good. The manager then suggested a coffee that was similar to the Cereal and Milk Latte and even made it for me to try on the house. I was very impressed with the excellent customer service.

If I could give this dunkin a negative review I would TERRIBLE HORRENDOUS SERVICE from their own MANAGER/SUPERVISOR . She had a horrible attitude and was extremely rude , no mannerism kept talking over me, Refused to give me change back even though i paid and am I paying customer and refused to give me her name as well when I asked .
This morning was not a good experience the morning shift was very rude we ask for a drink we ordered the wrong one ask for another cuz the one we ordered was not what we wanted they ended up charging us twice instead of just fixing are drink what has happen to the customer service now days ask for her name n said she couldn’t give out wonder why?

I hate that when I walk in they are busy but they don’t greet. I could stand there for a few minutes and nobody aknoledges me. The morning crew is excellent. But walk in after 2pm and it feels like they just hate their job. Not good.

Very clean. Loved the soft rock Playlist while I visited. Listened on the outside speakers. Clean seating with umbrellas. Very helpful and attentive staff. If you get cold easily, bring a jacket. They keep it nice and fresh inside.
