Idk what’s up with location. The employees are ALWAYS in terrible mood. Customer service is trash. Donuts are always old. The bakeries around the area are better. Go elsewhere.

Don't bother doing mobile orders. They literally take a backseat over everything else at this location so regardless you have to wait. I thought it was a one time thing but judging by reviews they havent learned. Go to the one at edge mere they actually know how to do service.

I am not understanding how you make a order pick up and still drive to the location and wait 15 minutes for the order like absolutely makes no sense, even worse the location is empty. I chose this location due to not being so jam packed, but now realizing that they most likely rather go to the location on edgemere. Dunkin do better, train your employees to actually do their job.

There was a long line at the drive thru, and I was in a hurry so I decided to come inside. The person that was preparing the drinks did not even bother to tell me that he’ll be right with me. And I know he saw me because he looked at me. I waited 6 minutes and still nothing, I’m a very respectful person so I decided to speak up and ask excuse me, can I please order? And he proceeded to ignore me for another 2 minutes. I finally spoke a little bit louder and asked them can I please just order some donut holes and I’ll be out of your hair. And he turned around and said I’ll be a few more minutes… I was like what? So I said I guess it would have been better off if I had just gone through the drive thru , and he nodded his head. I walked out and I’ll never go to that location ever again!!!!

Only customers in drive thru line and the only customers there period and had to wait more than 15 outside for our order, just to get fed up and walk in and it’s on the counter. Three employees working and absolutely no other customers. One employee taking pictures on the iPad. The other two talking behind the counter and laughing. It’s hot as heck out here and this is how your treat your customers. I understand not wanting to walk out the order but then why would you ask us to pull to the front door? Change the employees on that shift if they have issues doing their job at this time of day.
