they love making you wait in the front to save them 1 second on their times. it truly takes away from the experience. and they get the order wrong 99% of the time

We went around 6 pm for 2 medium peppermint mocha hot coffees n 24 muchkins to share. First I wasn't told there was only two flavors of munchkins (blueberry n powdered sugar) so I was disappointed to see inside box. Second our coffees were luke warm n didn't taste anything like peppermint. I love Dunkin coffees but what I got was unacceptable plus please next time let me know there are only two flavors of munchkins.

Ordered a Hot Latte and they took a long time to make it and had no people in line?? The Hot Latte was Not Hot!!! Had to return it!! Then took a while to get it back?? They did apologize??

I recently had a troubling experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location that highlights a lack of proper training and adherence to health protocols. After my order was mishandled, I returned the donut holes, and despite informing the staff that I had sneezed on them and offering to purchase them at half price, the employee still insisted on keeping them. This not only reflects poor professionalism but also suggests that the staff may not be receiving adequate training or attending the necessary health department meetings. Such practices are unacceptable and raise serious concerns about customer safety. Because of this incident, I will not be returning to this location again.

It is only in this dunkin that they always make me park even though there is NO LINE. not infront of me not behind me and they also give me my food half assed. Like I get the avocado with bacon but there's hardly any bacon ( Pic). I have gone in the morning where there is a morning rush and they have always given me my coffee and avocado toast with enough bacon. This issue only happens in the afternoon. Thank the morning shift because they are the only reason I keep coming back, everyone else is just slacking. Also I didnt get my receipt so I can't even do the survey so Corp can know who is the person that served me.

Very disappointed, minimal doughnuts, inside the doughnut display case, several flies were visible on top of the food. Staff was utterly rude, unhappy, no cares to please the customer. Unfortunately, I had to throw away my doughnuts in the trash. I really hope management reads these reviews and makes an effort to properly train their staff. This location was unsanitary and disgusting. Shame on you.

Dunkin donuts is always super packed. But the managers and staff are always quick to get your order out on a timely manner. And if something is not right. They'll make it right in the spot. Great coffee. Great food. And overall great service.
Got matcha from dunkin hundreds of times n everytime I'm always having to mix it cus they don't mix it well to where I'll get small chunks of powder in my mouth but for the first time ever I didn't have to mix it myself n it tasted like the best matcha I've gotten from dunkin
