I always order food through Uber eats and they always get my order wrong!. And also they never answer the phone the costumer service here sucks .

I ordered 8 stuffed bagel minis which are $2 each. They charged me about $25. I felt I was getting overcharged, the order even with tax wouldn't be over $20. But when I asked for the itemized receipt they said they didn't have those, that their POS did not print them. I found that unbelievable.

I arrived at Dunkin today, Saturday, from the mountain in front of Bassett and I bought 2 donuts and the cashier threw them into the bag and when I got home all the frosting was stuck to the bag, how rude. I saw several comments and they don't have good reviews. I think Dunkin doesn't even read them. I don't see any response.
