I used to love stopping by in the morning for my coffee, but here lately, I’ve been real disappointed. My coffee is always wrong. I repeat my order and they say got it and it ALWAYS has too much much or not enough of what I ordered. Moving my coffee stop to the one on Paseo Del Norte. ☹️

I usually stop here about once or twice a week, staff is always nice, my order always comes out in a reasonable time. My only complaint is food 2 of 3 times is cold.

I ordered 3 iced matchas with cold foam and 1 with oat milk (mine), and the experience was honestly disappointing. They were about to hand us all three drinks without the cold foam. When I politely mentioned it, the guy at the counter told the girl behind him (Olivia) — and instead of just fixing the mistake professionally, she loudly complained, saying “Omg they want cold foam? Who even orders cold foam with matcha?” Then added, “Next time order it, we just lost $4,” as if I hadn’t ordered it with cold foam. I would’ve been happy to pay $4 for cold foam. Mistakes happen and I understand.
She kept talking badly like we couldn’t hear her — but we did. It was rude, unprofessional, and totally unnecessary. Mistakes happen, but treating customers like they’re a burden for asking to get something with their order? That’s unacceptable. Won’t be returning anytime soon.
Oh, and they ended up giving us all 3 drinks with oat milk!

Ever since the new Dunkin opened on Paseo del Norte (and I think maybe the manager left?) this Dunkin has been awful. Drive through line takes forever, order is often wrong, food tastes weird, drinks aren’t as good. So disappointing

I have to admit since working from home I have not frequented Dunkin much at all this year but I won’t be going back for even longer!! I order a croissant with BOTH bacon and sausage, yes call me a big back if you will but I WAS CRAVING a flaky yummy croissant!! So obviously I’m paying extra which doesn’t bother but when my daughter returned and I opened up my sandwich I got A BLACKENED croissant that has the cheese and bacon all hanging off the side!! Not even appetizing at alll, and I don’t mind crisp burnt cheese or crunchy bacon but a BURNT ASS croissant?! Come on now?! And they haven’t even answer the phone all morning! Busy or not IT IS FRIDAY MORNING… be better prepared and I would rather have a longer wait time for BETTER QUALITY!! But hey guess if I wanted something made with pride I should just made it at home!! Lesson learned also coffee was NOT FLAVORED OR SWEETEN as you would expect the mocha chocolatte to taste!!

About 20 minutes in line and when I asked for my order they told me that there was very, very bad service IF I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS I WOULD WANT IT BUT IT DON'T GIVE ME THE OPTION
No hot coffee! Only cold coffee. Ridiculous.
