The workers were quick and nice but when they handed my drink to us I saw they had put the straw in my beverage for me? I find it unsanitary to do that without gloves if you’re working the register and I just couldn’t drink my coffee that I was looking forward to. I would just recommend handing customers their straws to prevent this!

This place used to have amazing customer service but I stopped by this morning and it was horrible the young lady at drive thru was so rude she repeated my order I told her it was wrong drove up it was wrong and still got upset because I told her that’s not what I had asked for and by the way was still charged extra.

the coffee is great as always, unfortunately the donuts are a hit or miss, sometimes they are soft, sometimes they are hard as stale bread. customer service is so-so, some employees greet you with a smile, some just go with the flow like they don't want to be there, there's a lot of room for improvement regarding customer service and quality of the donuts, the facilities are outdated and definitely could use a refresh.

I love Dunkin , this is actually my favorite location.. or used to be.. I visited Dunkin' today and ordered an iced matcha with oat milk and cold foam. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing because the cold foam was clearly expired. I noticed small white particles spreading on top of my drink, which was a clear sign that something wasn’t right. It was unsettling to think that expired ingredients were being used.

Terrible service, whenever my boyfriend and I go, they do things fast and don't pay attention to what we ask for. It's not a lie to say that whenever we go, they never get our order right, they are missing an ingredient, they never get the order right for us.
I never write bad reviews, but it's stressful we always want to give it another chance and we ended up very disappointed. Today I ordered a simple hot coffee with cream without sugar, and they didn’t even put any cream, I couldn’t believe it, there was no line behind me, nor customers inside the store, it was only me, and they couldn’t even get my coffee right. It's unbelievable!!! Don't go to this place, don't throw your money away.

This dunkin is so controversial, sometimes they do your order right and other times they don't. Today my coffee tasted like medicine. Absolutely the worst thing to start your day with. Now days you need to get what your paying for.

This guy truly knows how to provide exceptional customer service, makes the customers feel welcome, facilities are always clean, service is always fast and he has the workers performing efficiently. I get coffee every single day, and from all the Dunkin’s in El Paso this one is by far the best one due to its exceptional service!

Our breakfast order was made to perfection including the hash browns which were extra crispy just the way I like them. I wish we lived closer because they would be my regular spot.
