They never have glazed munchkins. Young male clerk was , rude said one the are sold out they make no more for the day. This is at 8 in the morning. Bad customer service. Go to Krispy Kreme one block down the road. They have better service.

I ordered a blueberry breeze refresher, snackin bacon and an avocado toast. They gave me my drink right away and because a car was behind me, asked me to park. I waited and got my food. The avocado toast was runny and soggy. The bacon was a million pieces. Like what?! The girl at the window had poor customer service as well. Do better Dunkin. I love going to Dunkin but the staff here suck

My husband and I came in 10/18 at around 10:40am and a man with a lip piercing was the absolute worst! He’s so rude! He made the mistake of not explaining what came in our drink and when we asked to add an extra shot of espresso he made it sound like we were stupid by saying “you don’t need one it already has one.” And when we asked for a breakfast sandwich he huffed. Then, we went to the window and was very rude when we handed him the card and giving it back.
Not to mention, he forgot to give us our sandwich so when we went back to see if we could get it he practically threw it in our window.
We are very understanding people and I for one work in the serving industry and will never write a bad review but if you hate your job and just people maybe you should consider a job change.

I remember when you ordered what it showed on there menu and they had it now 80 percent of the time they don't have it and when you tell them you don't want a certain donuts they just put in what ever they want that's why a lot of places go under these days

Customer service is bad in this location. Everyone seems to have a bad attitude. I dont expect them to be all smiles but at least acknowledge the customer.

It is no surprise this location has a 3.8 rating. The one day I went with my daughter was the worst service and experience. I will NEVER EVER be going back. Plus, the manager of that location sucks at not returning an e-mail to a disappointed customer. They have no clue how to use the app to purchase food and drinks items. Also, told me the oven was down yet other people ordering hot items after me were able to order, except me. Then got 2 different responses from two different employees. Worst location ever.
