I have tried this place multiple times and this last trip was the last time. Usually they never have anything I want. And I have to settled for other items. This time I ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich and. A bagel with cream cheese. The sandwich was completely burned. The bread was rock hard. I legit was about to bang it against the table without damaging it. And the one with cream cheese also was burnt and nothing inside of it. I had enough and asked for my money back. It’s ridiculous I don’t understand how they could have wrapped my food up and the nerve to have me wait 10 min outside for it and still give me straight up burnt food.

They usually get ur food and drinks pretty quickly except on busy mornings they get overwhelmed, management needs to do a better job of scheduling more people at peak hours. It took so long this one morning i had to leave without my hashbrowns and made my girlfriend late for work

I bought a mixed dozen and I got home , they were dry not fresh looked like they were 2 days old! I thought they made fresh donuts daily. What a waste of $12 bucks !!!! I would take back but they were rude and I know they wouldn’t honor and refund or ect… I just won’t be back!!!! So mad!!!

Came thru drive thru at 620 am asked for a dz mixed. The donuts were cold and hard like they were left over from the night before. I called the store and they swear the donuts are brought in every morning but those were not fresh this morning. I had to present my bosses with this stale day old bread. I am so disappointed with this store.

Great Dunkees. Not pretentious like others. Lattes and Cappuccinos are fresh, they do not use old expresso. When you pay, you don’t get the annoying tip screen, so bring some bills for the tip jar. Clean. Drive up is chill. I get the avocado toast if I am hungry, or the Wake up wrap.

Not impressed. Stale donuts and no variety.I used the app to order Boston Cream but was told to pick something else from the only 6 choices that they had. Very disappointing. I hat Krusty Kream donuts(way too much sugar) , but they always have a large variety.Not the same Dunkin Donuts I got just 10 years ago.
