What a complete letdown man…the cashier girls lack customer service and care. And they’re not enthusiastic at all about helping customers. Disappointed experience and expensive…almost $8 for a small coffee & 2 cold donuts…wow…do better.

Went to get the cookie butter cloud latte first I asked if they could add extra cold foam to the latte. The girl told me that they COULDNT !!! and when I got to the window, there was literally no cold foam and no cookie crumbles…. She told me that they ran out , Wish she really would’ve mentioned that before I paid for my drink because who goes to get a cookie butter clout latte with no cloud and no cookies .. Terrible service

Took 30 min to get my coffee, first it barely had any milk on it and asked for them to put more, then they asked me to wait in front…. Almost 30 min after they came out with the wrong donuts…

Coffee and donuts were definitely delicious ! But the service personal need training ! First the music that these young adults were playing was definitely not suitable for kids . Then the young lady whose turn to clean the tables dropped at least 2 chairs. Didn’t even apologize to us about the loud sound they made hitting the floors. then she started slamming the chairs on the tables !! Your employees need customer training !! Sorry guys won’t be coming back to this location !!
Im a regular at dunkin I always like the customer employees offer, but in this case I loved the customer service of Anthony and Atzeri I had a kinda large order and they where patient and nice!🩷

This location is definitely the worst one in El Paso. Every time I have come here, the girl working the drive thru is extremely rude and dismissive. I wasn’t even greeted when I pulled up to the speaker, she just said “what can I get for you?” In a rushed and annoyed tone. She continued to be annoyed by my order of TWO drinks, and continued to speak rushed and irritated. I am leaving this review because every time I come through the drive thru I have this experience. I’m not sure if it’s the same girl always working drive thru but even family and friends have shared similar experiences with me about this location. She definitely makes the customers feel like they are annoying and she creates a hostile and uncomfortable environment. Do better Dunkin.
