Weekend crew needs to learn what good customer service is!!!! We ordered the cookie butter cold brew as mobile order and they did not add the cookie crumbles, Went in and stood at the counter for 3 mins not one crew member acknowledged us . When they finally attended us this girl seemed bothered that we asked for the cookie crumbles to be added we showed our receipt and she snatched it from my hand. Dunkin you need to show your crew members customer etiquette. If we could give a 0 I definitely would!!!

the very few times i’ve gone, they almost always mess up my order . wether it’s my matcha being served halfway, charging me for a bacon avacado toast but forgetting to put the bacon, or actually putting bacon but it’s the most burnt inedible thing they could give me, it’s always a let down . wouldn’t recommend anyone going there, i’ll be sticking to the one on sean haggerty instead .

I give 1 star because 0 isn't possible. I love Dunkin Donunts, food and coffee IS USUALLY great. But at THIS location it seems alot of the employees get bothered by the simplest things, very rude, and slam the drive thru window very rudely. Its a simple coffee, it takes little effort to make it correctly. If that job is to difficult id recommend maybe something easier or a job with alot less stress for such feeble minds. I've gone many times and they got like a 20%/80% correct/incorrect ratio. Sucks a refund isn't possible. I have 2 employees names written down, once I have the others I'll be sending corporate a very detailed later. Hopefully the can bring this place up to standards and satisfaction.

My wife asked for caramel drizzle in the bottom of her drink and when the lady gave it to us there was no drizzle and when my wife asked for it to be done how she asked the lady got really argumentative and hostile

After returning and talking to the manager she helped out a lot

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This location’s employees are the absolute worse the one thing I hate is that they always have attitude. I went in today to ask for my usual coffee asked for it the way I liked it and they didn’t do it right so I went back in and explained that to they girl in the front she lied to me and told me she did do what I asked which I know that’s BS because I know what my drink looks like when they do it correctly I asked her to remake it she just put a dot of caramel in my cup and repoured my drink in the new cup and said there which that is not the way I asked for it . Worst experience ever I will not be returning train ur employees to be better and if they hate there jobs so much they shouldn’t take it out on the customers

Odd, they charge for a cup of water- tap water then don’t even tell you it’s extra until they give you back your change that’s different from what the person taking your order originally said it would be
