Terrible experience ! Went through the drive thru and asked for a medium iced cappuccino. They gave me a regular iced coffee, I asked them to fix it. The girl smirked and poured the regular coffee into a cup, shook it, and gave it back to me. It took 2 seconds so I know she didn’t give me the correct thing. So lazy! And fraud tbh, you’re charging me more money and knowingly aware that you’re giving me the wrong product. Ruined my day!

Will also be filing a complaint with corporate.

I ordered 1 dozen donuts and asked to be put in 2 boxes and I got charged for 2 half dozen, they charged 4 dollars for an extra box, wow.

The lady in the counter seemed to be having a bad day because she had a terrible attitude, when asked about it she said that’s how they work if I didn’t like it to go to another place.

I think she was the manager or assistant manager.

Dunkin’ just lost a customer.

The employee taking my order didn’t even sound like she was acknowledging anything and of course my order is wrong once again!!! There’s seriously always something forgotten and I feel like it’s a management issue, needs better service

I would come here more often if they hired competent staff. Everyone here is completely incompetent and inept, including the manager Miguel. Coffee is half full when they give it to you. They don't understand what SUGAR-FREE means. They won't give you a refund for THEIR OWN MISTAKE and want you to waste more time and money driving across town to go get a sloppy coffee remade. They also apparently don't give out the manager's name??? Shady much? How is this place still in business???

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was the worst customer service experience! They messed up my coffee, so I went back and politely asked if they could remake it. They said they couldn’t make a new one and would just “fix” the one they gave me, all they did was add extra espresso shots. Terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and don’t go back to this Dunkin’

God, this place SUCKS. They were out of the sandwich I wanted, so I got another sandwich. It was doughy (the bread was not fully cooked) and parts were cold. The area with sweeteners was a mess so I asked if they had Splenda. The employee was walking away from me and just said “Nope” without looking back. Nobody was in the store besides me, and it’s clear why. It’s a shame, because I prefer Dunkin’ to Starbucks and wish there were more of them, but I’ll never come back to this location. I should have read all the one star reviews before coming here. I’d rate it zero stars if I could. This place has a serious management problem and apparently has for some time.

This location has the worst customer service ever. I’ve been to this location numerous times and it’s the same thing. The employees are unhappy and have 0 customer service. It’s always the two same employees and gentleman with long hair and a lady with black or some random color on her hair. They never have the machines “working” meaning they don’t want to make the drinks. Another encounter we purchased doughnuts and the long hair gentleman was mad about something. Today we went and tried ordering cold drinks and the lady with the black hair said “ they didn’t have enough ice for our drinks”. There was a full drive thru and I’m sure they weren’t ordering hot coffee with 90 degree weather. Horrible customer service!
