I’m a regular Dunkin’ customer, but I will no longer visit this branch. Three months ago, I ordered two family packs of donuts here, and ever since, I’ve been trying to get the receipt. I emailed, called, and followed up multiple times, but they never responded. Completely unacceptable customer service.

This is the second time I have come to this Dunkin’ location to pick up a mobile order placed through the app, only to be told upon arrival that my order was not ready or could not be completed.

This most recent visit was completely unacceptable. I placed an order over an hour in advance for a dozen donuts through the app. When I arrived, an employee informed me they did not have enough donuts to fulfill the order. I was then asked if they could call another location so I could go pick them up myself. That is not my responsibility as a customer, especially after paying in advance through the app. If a location does not have the inventory to fulfill mobile orders, the app should be updated accordingly so customers are not misled and inconvenienced. What made this experience even worse was the complete lack of customer service. The employee did not apologize, did not acknowledge the inconvenience, and simply turned around and went back to work after processing the refund. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. Mobile ordering is meant to save time, not waste it. Repeated failures like this, combined with poor customer service, reflect badly on Dunkin’ as a brand. I expect better inventory management, accurate app updates, and basic courtesy toward customers.

I Got an avocado toast it was burnt. $4 dollars for a burnt toast. They put the avocado and everything on the side that was burned so I couldn’t see it until I ate it. I get they are busy in the mornings but come on.

By far the worst Dunkin around the area. This is the second time I come and both times the lines take long and they mess up my order. They charged me extra for my avocado bacon toast all to leave out the bacon and give me a burnt toast. I also ordered a cookie butter cold brew and I think they added some sort of peanut butter flavoring??? Idk it doesn’t taste like I usually order. If you’re debating to stay in the line don’t. Leave. The Dunkin on artcraft is better. Fast and always correct. Sorry I don’t mean to be a grinch buuuuut I just want to let management know to be better equipped. Or hire better workers sorry😬

I was the only guest in the store and waited 35 mins for 2 small drinks and a sandwich there was one team member working in front assisting drive through while the manager and three other team members were in the back I told the manager about my frustration and I was given two free donuts.

This LOCATION on mesa is the WORST!!!!!! They almost always ruin my order, croissant sandwich is always burnt, one time they completely had missing ingredients in a what 3 ingredient sandwich which is insane. The last time and final time I came here they made me wait almost 45 min for one sandwich…. If you are anywhere near the Dunkin on Paseo del Norte I urge you to you to try it and see the HUUUUUUGE DIFFERENCE ..!!!! That team needs to train this team

Very disappointed with this Dunkin’ Donuts. The employees here are extremely rude and clearly don’t care about their customers. Especially the girl who takes your orders in drive thru. The food came out cold when it should’ve been hot — not even warm! It’s frustrating to spend money and get terrible service on top of low-quality food. This is by far the worst Dunkin’ location I’ve ever been to. The staff needs serious training in both customer service and how to properly prepare food. Definitely won’t be coming back.

My wife and I drive through twice a week - and if there was another location available on our commute, we’d be going there instead.

The food and drinks are good, but every time there is something (if not several somethings) that needs to be corrected, from the wrong munchkins, to once receiving a frozen mocha coffee instead of a frozen hot chocolate.

I don’t know if the staff needs more training or more hands or what, but they definitely need more support. The people I see every morning we’ve been by are scrambling and it shows.

Metservice I was blamed for their mistakes head to order a caramel Mikado or whatever it was called three times not good for the money that you waste their and I mean 25.00 turn down the drain at the end of this bad experience the coffee still tastes like water still tasted like water I will never go there again coffee
