The employees always seam to care more about what the plans are for after work. Placed an order matcha lemonade she rushed order. She repeated the order and went back inside. Get to window they give me a matcha latte. I told the guy at window and he said no it’s entered as a latte. I told him straight out it was lemonade he rolled his eyes and went back to remake. All the time while remaking he was talking to the girls about the plans for next off day.

I just left the drive thru line after being in line for almost 8 minutes after arriving in the drive thru line at exactly 10:58pm Friday June 6 th 2025 this Dutch bros closes exactly at 11:00 pm unless I’m mistaken. We have had multiple issues with this employee ( Von/Van ) something like that in past his professionalism and conduct is truly an uncomfortable situation to deal with when ever we come to our local Dutch bros that happens to be down the street from where we live. I really need a manager to contact me as I will continue to find a way through the website to contact corporate about this situation truly disappointing experience I just went thru.

We walked up to the window to order, we order 2 LARGE drinks and she repeated it to us and only gave one large drink n one medium and she kept repeating to us that they only come in medium, the blended freeze ? But it has the options for large.... I love dutch bros, but never again here.
I can’t say enough good things about Dutch Bros! The employees are always so friendly, polite, and full of positive energy. From the moment I pulled up, I was greeted with a smile and great conversation. They genuinely care about making your experience enjoyable, and it shows.
And the coffee? Absolutely amazing! It’s hands down some of the best I’ve ever had. Whether it’s a classic latte, a fun seasonal drink, or one of their famous Rebels, everything is delicious and made just right.
The quick service, welcoming atmosphere, and incredible drinks keep me coming back again and again. Dutch Bros knows how to make you feel like more than just a customer—they make you feel like a friend. Highly recommend!

I had the most amazing service at this Dutch bros location! My rebel aftershock came out delicious! Mackenzie and John made me feel so welcomed and gave me my drink super fast while holding amazing conversation! I had an overall incredible experience here and definitely recommend everyone to come to this location for there next Dutch visit!
