I LOVE DB! I’ve been coming to this location since it opened. The new employees though, they are NEXT LEVEL RUDE! Never had a problem until the employees changed. Two days ago I went in for my daily DB large iced breve w hazelnut, I was in a rush so I did not realize they forgot to add hazelnut till I arrived at work. I left work about an hour after and decided to go for another coffee since the first one I didn’t drink. The employee that took my order the first time took my order again and I felt necessary to tell him I was there again because the first one didn’t have hazelnut flavor however I proceeded to tell him this because I had just gone by an hour before I thought man they are going to think I’m coffee crazy! He was so nice and said he would give me the coffee for free I said no it’s okay it happens I’ll pay for it, he insisted so I said okay. THAT WAS MY MISTAKE, taking the damn free drink! If I would’ve known lol I pull up to the window and as soon as I look up the employee there goes “so what was wrong with the drink” clearly she was upset her tone and face expression said it all. I go “there was no hazelnut flavor but don’t worry I can pay for it” she looks at me again and says “it’s fine I guess we will remake it” I go that’s fine but I’ll pay for it she looks at me and goes “ma’am I’m NoT BeInG RuDe !!!! I’m AsKiNg So I KnOw WhAt To FiX!!” Mind you the TONE, the FACE, she even rolled her eyes right before turning her back to make the drink. When I tell you how off guard that caught me! I didn’t even know what to say! All that over a drink I DIDN’T EVEN ASK TO BE REMADE IN THE FIRST PLACE! It was a mistake things happen! I’ll pay for it no big deal! So I look over to the other employees and the girl next to her is laughing so clearly they did not like the fact that I was getting a free drink. I get it maybe they thought I just wanted a free drink whatever I drive off and go about my day. Fast forward to THIS MORNING. I placed a mobile order I get down and the same girl that had been laughing when the employee from the window was having a meltdown over the drink gives me my drink and goes “you should try it before” (laughing ) EXCUSE ME ? ARE YOU SERIOUS ? This happened 2 days ago #1 and #2 that was uncalled for because it’s not like I complain about my drink EVERY SINGLE TIME! Mind you I am a regular here it just happened that one time and it’s FINE! I said to her “are you being serious “ and she says “oh we are just trying to give you the best possible experience “ however her comment was more like she was being passive aggressive it did not come from a good place she was even laughing at some point I grabbed my drink and left.

The only good thing was the Mexican hot mocha but Celeste got my order and did it wrong at first my other order I asked her to put very little ice and filled up the whole cup with ice and just dropped about two ice very bad customer service looked like she didn’t like her job

I've gone to this place a handful of times and the service is amazing! Back in September my car battery died after work and a woman working at the window let me keep my drinks in their fridge until I got that fixed so that they wouldn't melt I would 100% recommend this place
Need faster drive thru service 😫 20min in line, why dual lanes if they just merge and still can't order?

Drove up to the window having to wait a couple minutes because the two girls in the front were on there phones, after we were given our order we noticed it was wrong even thought we repeated the order twice before paying and they still charged me for the drink they didn't put on my order to begin with
