i’ve tried to give this dutch the benefit of the doubt but they always disappoint. as there was 4 cars in front of me i still waited 20 minutes for two drinks.

Waited over 35 minutes in the heat outside waiting for our order. 4 people who ordered after us got there orders and we were patiently waiting for ours to be called out. After the 4th we went up to get an ETA and they've been ready for a while and they just never called it out.

This is my second time visiting this location and both times my drinks came out wrong. I know this location is new so maybe they need more training on proper drink making. This second time the one taking my order did seen new to me so i will not place the blame on him but the one making the drinks made the wrong one and had an attitude after i told him. Im glad i caught him putting the energy drink in because it was for my 10 year old who had ordered a boba lemonade. My husbands drink was made hot instead of iced and all he did was put the hot drink in ice which only watered it down and made it gross. We’re heading back home to Colorado at 6am and love to stop at dutch before our road trips so it sucked to not have the delicious drinks we usually order.

Ordered a sf annihilator for a friend because she can’t have the regular sugar and when I took it to her it was the wrong one… I didn’t know it was wrong because I had never ordered that beverage. Very disappointing we love coming to Dutch bros.

Great drinks great service. Dutch bros do your employees a favor. Put some shade for the employees taking the order outside. They're out in triple digit heat taking people's orders with NO shade!

Love the coffee, the staff is super friendly and they glow with their energetic attitude and positivity. The vehicle entry and exit is a little awkward but it’s worth the wait. I find it easier to park around and walk to the window to order my caffeinated “fix” try the menu you won’t be disappointed. Always great customer service!!
