I just read the review before mine from R E and ironically I feel the exact opposite of what that review said. This particular location on Mesa provided me with a very tasty oat milk blended golden eagle with soft top, their music was really cool and vibey (Latin and oh so fun) and service was pretty much what you'd expect at a Dutch Bros (not incredibly fast but not too long either). I really liked it. The reason for 4 stars was that the location is a bit hidden and confusing, and the guy making drinks was the only one inside.
In regards to the other location on Paseo Del Norte, it ALWAYS TAKES TOO LONG, and unfortunately their drinks are hit or miss so I don't agree that they're better than the Mesa location.

Drink has no taste, and when we complained they said since you drink from it, we can’t do anything about it. Of course I drink from the cup. That’s how people know when the drink has no taste. This message for the manager. I need refund or you do another drinks with taste.

Unfortunately, this visit did not meet expectations. My order (a Double Torture) was incorrect, and the wait time was much longer than it should have been despite only a few cars in line. I normally visit the Paseo del Norte location, where service is always great, but this location did not meet that standard.

The lady outside took my order a large hot cookie butter, when I get to the window the guy asked me pumpkin caramel, to which I responded no and he said they ran out of cookie butter, I thought it was odd they pick the flavor for me and that the girl who took my order didnt mention it. I accepted it and it turned out it was a medium,I let him know to which his response was, she charged you for a medium. I was in a rush, I took it, it was grossly cold and felt they gave me a leftover drink.
I tried to get a rubber duck they were giving away with every purchase of a drink for my girlfriend who loves Dutch Bros. I got my drink at 2:59 PM and when I asked for the duck they said the promotion began at 3 PM. I asked if I get one still and they said no.
As someone who enjoys Dutch Bros this left a sour taste in my mouth and I will not be coming back anytime soon. I always leave a tip and come to this particular location often before work, what a shame :/

We use to go the Dutch on Cimarron until they went under new management (Von) started hiring a female crew who does not pay attention to customers since all they did was play around and talk about their after work plans. We switched to Mesa and the staff had been great until now that Von is at this location and the same type of female staff is now appearing at this location. Not complaining about the type he hires just the attitude they bring. More about what is happening in their life and not paying attention to customer ordered.
