Came to this location and was serviced by a girl who had a terrible attitude. I had a drink that was made incorrectly and when I asked her what it was she repeated with a rude tone. I asked if she could remake it cause the drink was brown and not green Apple ,like I had ordered at other locations. She then proceeded to give attitude and lecture me in front of her coworker and my husband on what a freeze was and a smoothie?? It really was not necessary for all that.

My sister recently went and ordered a dirty caterpillar. The girl who was making her drink and interacting with my sister was so rude, unfriendly, and had a bad attitude. She went today, August 5 at around 4 pm. I used to work at Dutch Montana location and was there for a while, I know the Dutch Bros standard or customer interaction/ communication and that was not the standard. Do better.

I usually love the service and atmosphere. However, today the employees at the drive thru window were EXCESSIVELY AND UNNECESSARILY yelling. I get the whole Dutch Bros vibe, but it was overstimulating. I am not a neurodivergent individual, but I feel bad for any employees/customers that are, and they are subjected to this environment.
