I usually love the service and atmosphere. However, today the employees at the drive thru window were EXCESSIVELY AND UNNECESSARILY yelling. I get the whole Dutch Bros vibe, but it was overstimulating. I am not a neurodivergent individual, but I feel bad for any employees/customers that are, and they are subjected to this environment.

I feel as the lost there touch from opening day, there drinks seem watered down or not as usually in the sweetness. I also feel as their mobile online ordering isn’t on point as the one on George Dieter. Their attitudes have also changed at this facility. Very poor service and poor drinking. I will drive the extra mileage to GD next time!

this is no fault on the employees- this is all terrible management. why have only 2 people working during the holiday season? makes 0 sense to have a 30 minute wait on hot cocoa

Place wasn't that packed yet it took a little over 20 mins to get 1 drink. Literally like 6 cars ahead of me didn't look like they had ordered a bunch of drinks either for them to have taken so long. Its a good thing I dnt go here that often.

Extremely slow and rude. They have a sign on the window that says the window is closed and other signs pointing to where the Mobile Pickup parking is, so it’s very misleading and several of us were parked there thinking they’d bring the drinks out because of the signs. On top of that, I had ordered my drink ahead of time on the app, 15 minutes after it was supoosed to be done, it is still not even being worked on.

Wait for coffee was 30 minutes. The "broista" that was walking around with her little order machine was there for like five minutes then just disappeared.The line built up and someone finally came out to "help" when we were a car away from the window (like 25 minutes later). By this time the once six car line was about 12 or 14 cars long. A different young lady came out only to get the wrong order given to us. Our order was two coffees with irish cream, caramel, and hazelnut , one large one medium. What we got was two mediums one was a coffee the other one a hot chocolate. I just took them since I didn't have another 30 minutes to waste. This was my second time here, guess ill just stick to Dunkin.
Kid-friendliness: Yeah if you feed your kids coffee, no problem there.
Never had a problem, but today waited 25 minutes for my order of 2 drinks. When associate finally opened window, he seemed more concerned about himself, then getting order correct.
