I usually love the service and atmosphere. However, today the employees at the drive thru window were EXCESSIVELY AND UNNECESSARILY yelling. I get the whole Dutch Bros vibe, but it was overstimulating. I am not a neurodivergent individual, but I feel bad for any employees/customers that are, and they are subjected to this environment.

Place wasn't that packed yet it took a little over 20 mins to get 1 drink. Literally like 6 cars ahead of me didn't look like they had ordered a bunch of drinks either for them to have taken so long. Its a good thing I dnt go here that often.

It’s my first time to this place, best first impression, you guys will have my loyalty for as long as I live and that happened because of the best customer service skills that one of your employees did, her name is Lauren, best of the best and the ones that don’t know how good she is then I’m telling you. This young lady got a gift that no one as fortunate could have! I appreciate you, you deserve the best, Dutch Bros, get more like Lauren. And BTW the this Golden freeze...
