Dutch Bros Coffee

This Dutch location has gone downhill I’d say the last 6 months, however today’s interaction around 2:50pm with the window broista who is the one person who’s supposed to be the friendliest(I used to work here so I know expectations) I felt like I needed to leave a review now. Dutch stands for friendliness and greeting customers with a happy smile. Not a “here you go” handing them their drink without any ounce of friendliness. Then after asking for a stopper being told again “here you go”.

I do understand people have bad days, but not even greeting your customer with a hello and a smile when that’s literally your job working at a coffee shop shop aimed towards being friendly. Super disappointing

The coffee is always amazing here always prepared just right the staff is amazing and super friendly and the one time we did have a coffee that was messed up they apologized profusely and remade the coffee and gave us a refund on the coffee 10 out of 10 recommended will be back

I wanted to write a quick review to say that this Dutch Bros is busy always with a line of card. Don’t let that stop you from going here. The barristas are always kind and helpful. They are always working hard and drinks are out really quick. Just wanted to give a big thank you to all who work there!

Always a great time when I visit my favorite location. The staff is so awesome and friendly.

Every time I come to this specific Dutch Bros they always take forever. I’ve literally been in line since 7:40 pm and it’s now 8:20 pm and there’s no way to get out of this line. Very upsetting.

If you value your time avoid this location! Placed order at window at 9:28 pm and didn’t get coffee order until 10:04 pm. Asked the cashier for our order multiple times and completely disregarded us, they continued to assist the drive through orders. Cars that arrived much later than us left 20 plus minutes before us. Not to mention, the girl who took our order added her own tip and asked if we were okay with the quantity she chose. We’re very frequent buyers at Dutch and never experienced such terrible customer service than at this location.

My husband and I were craving a drink, so we stopped by the old faithful Dutch bros! I tried the vanilla matcha (0/5 stay away lol) but when I went up to the front and shared I wasn’t a fan, Eric was the kindest and most accommodating. He asked if he could remake or make something else for me to makeup for it, and even offered to upsize me. I’ve been to many coffee shops, and this is (sadly) not the normal. So I can’t express my appreciation enough for a wonderful experience that Eric and the Dutch fam provided for me and my family. Dutch bros has the ultimate customer service!!

On a side note, the first time we went through the line, the other employees were very kind to recognize our pups and share compliments and pup cups. I left Dutch bros telling my husband “this is why we keep coming back” :))

The employee suggestions helped us decide what kind of beverages to order and we enjoyed them. We have never had Dutch Bros and decide to try it. We will be going back. Lol. Thank you Dutch Bros.
