Very disappointed, they usually ask about the app and points after my order and today when I asked her to scan my app she said it was too late and gave me attitude. Don’t know her name but she had black hair and was working window around 12-1. I just recommended next time asking before hand so I don’t drive all the way over there for nothing

This is the reason why I do not come to this location and do not understand how a certain drink is offered and removed so quickly. I am talking about the "Caramel Pumkin Brulee Chai." I mean it just came out and tried it out last week and love it! Today, I went to order this same drink and was informed it was no longer available. How can that be? Thanksgiving isn't even here. Since location opened have had a bad experiences from incorrect drinks to the flavor. This location is closer to my home, but the one on McCrae in El Paso 8s 10 times better. Very disappointed ?, so I left.

Went a few days ago and Sarah helped me out she was very helpful and made my experience amazing she recommended me the candy cane mocha and it was delicious! She was awesome, the drink was awesome great place!

It's Halloween day. The worker in the Scooby Costume with snake bite piercings was absolutely amazing and perfect!!! Super sweet and excellent customer service. I didn't catch his name but give him a RAISE!!!
