AMAZING doesn't even begin to describe the service and food we received from East End Catering!! One of the hardest decisions we had to make was choosing between their mushroom chicken or chicken breast stuffed with hatch chicken, topped with poblano sauce! 😋 We ended up going with the stuffed chicken, which was a huge hit with our guests.
