Great outdoor seating! Breakfast was really good but you must get the meat and cheese plate as an appetizer.

My boyfriend and I ate here yesterday and the food is amazing! Server was super nice, the only reason I give it 4 out of 5 is because the floors seemed a bit dirty and my wine glass had lipstick on it. The server was kind enough to exchange the glass for me though. I'll still be coming back.

This is a great little place! The food is well prepared and presented, and always REALLY tasty! Love the menu. offers vegetarian cuisine as well..nice servers - great chef! Hope the pandemic doesn't close their business.

Breakfast or brunch ain't really great. Supremely overpriced and tasted like everything was microwaved.

Found this place from yelp. This is our new go to place. Good food, good service, nice presentation served at a reasonable price. Who could ask for more?

Eat. is one of my top brunch places. Their chilaquiles are good. I love their wall art and overall decor is pretty cool. Very nice location.

Cute and delicious "hole in the wall" place. It is in the new sunset center. I've been wanting to try it and finally got my chance. So my wife and I are trying to eat more healthy and this place has many choices! The place is very chic and small so not good for large groups. It does have outdoor seating so pretty sure you can bring your doggies. I ordereed the Peach chicken... OMG very good. Served over grilled asparagus, carrots and squash with almonds and drizzled with peach sauce (sweet). It was so good I didn't want it to end. My wife ordered a Beyond Burger w sweet potato fries. Very good as well. I fast ted the burger and it has a homemade tassels to it. Does not taste weird since it is a plant based burger. We will definitely be back

Great food and ambiance! My husband and I walked in to check out the menu after walking around the Upper Family Artist & Farmer's Market. So glad we found this place! Definitely a local gem

A gem at the substation. Came here for a very late brunch on Sunday. Greeted promptly, sat right away. Ordered the chilaquiles and the ribeye hash bowl. We waited quite a while for our food, but it was evident as to why once our food came out... Both were flavorful and delicious! The food was made fresh and with care. Loooove that. If you're going to make me wait for food, it better be fresh... and it was! The green salsa was so spicy and good. The ribeye hash (my food) consisted of cut up ribeye (cooked to order) along with 2 eggs, bell peppers, and perfectly cooked potatoes. My partner loved the chilaquiles which he added chicken. I was too busy scarfing my food down that I didn't try his. After finishing our meals we decided to get something sweet based on the experience from our delicious food, and ordered the cajeta pecan French toast. It was delicious!
