Einstein Bros. Bagels

Every time I order something there's a mistake. Usually the staff is helpful but sometimes they don't take care to make sure things are done according to order. This includes requests for specific omissions or additions. If your lactose intolerant or have a milk allergy don't bother ordering plant based they forget and use regular milk. I waited over half an hour for a drink once only to have them tell me they gave it to someone else.

After eyeing the place for semesters, I finally gave it a try. Could've just been the specific work shift that I was attended by, but it was delicious! The person who took my order was very patient and the overall service was nice. I tried the All Nighter egg sandwich with a green chile bread.. it made my day!

The young lady took my order and got it out to me in about 15 minutes due to the fact the crew was working on a very large order. Other than that my order was hot and very tasty. This particular store is located in the same building as the University of Texas El Paso bookstore. It was clean inside and outside. The staff was friendly and efficient considering the large order they were fulfilling before I ordered.

They open late and are never ready on time.The clerk always says: Wait for me for a minuteThis happens many times.???

I cannot give 0 stars but they definitely earn zero. They open late and are never ready on time. I stood there for almost 10 mins while the manager I can only assume, counts money while eating bacon. She finally asked what I wanted I told her I was waiting for them to unlock the area with the juices. She mumbled something and walked off. So I grabbed some water and stood there. Still was of no help. It doesn't take 20 mins to charge someone for a drink. The sad part is the service has been bad for several semesters and all the owner does is reply but does nothing to fix it. You lead by example and that shows the ower has no care. We as in about 60 students so far are going to start asking others to help out and see if we can get another business to replace this Einstein bagels.

Mess up simple orders and throw the food around. Unprofessional staff.

The Workers at UTEP Einteins are really energetic and fun, they always have a smile and try to remember their customers who come daily. When there is a lot of people they do take just a bit but I get why, I’ve been coming for several years and this new team has been the best I’ve seen so far. Thank you

Staff was very energetic, so much so that the lady taking my order was talking to her coworkers instead of listening to my order and gave me my sandwich on a different bagel than what I ordered.
