I ordered online and had missing items. I called and asked for them and instead of telling me to pick up missing items they put me on hold to talk to a manager. What a shame I had high expectations for this place 👎🏻

We ordered the Brisket bagel and the Oktoberfest bagel and they were delicious. As for drinks I had the chai latte and my mom had a hot coffee. The tea was good but the coffee was great because you can pick which coffee you want to enjoy. T was the guy that helped us and was very kind. Thank for good food and service! We will definitely be stopping by more!

Overall everything is good here, but it’s a bit expensive for what it is: bagels. Something about this place always feels dingy, and not quite clean. It is clean, but probably some fresh paint, updated furniture, and just a lighter atmosphere would do the trick.

Parking was constrained and someone left a note on my car about how I parked. What they failed to notice was that other people parked outside the lines causing me to adjust my position in the parking lot. No drive thru here. The lox and bagel was only just so so, expensive for the wait and the full taste. The online app sucks coz you can’t take advantage of the rewards coz it won’t migrate to the cart though you log out and log back in. Same as thru a browser. Frustrating experience.

My first time coming to eat here. Food and service was pretty good. I would recommend improvement in cleanliness, mostly in the restrooms. But other than that, my visit was pleasant. I will come back again to try out more of the many items they have.

The bagels were great! The service was good also! The seating area is the only part where aesthetically it wasn't up to par.
If I could give zero stars I would. I’m extremely disappointed because this used to be mine and my boyfriend’s favorite spot for breakfast bagels. While the food has always been delicious, the customer service is absolutely unacceptable.
Today, June 25, 2025, I walked in with my 6-year-old son and was completely ignored by the two men working there. They didn’t greet us, didn’t acknowledge us, and instead continued laughing and chatting with each other while I stood at the counter waiting. When one of them finally looked at me, I gave my order, only to find out they were out of every bagel I wanted. I politely asked if they had one more of a specific bagel, and the second man abruptly jumped into the conversation to rudely say that’s all they had.
After I received my order, I calmly let them know that their customer service was lacking. Instead of apologizing, they looked at each other and laughed at me. They did all of this right in front of my son, which made the situation even more upsetting and humiliating.
As someone who works in customer service, I understand it can be challenging, but it costs nothing to greet customers and treat them with basic kindness. Unfortunately, because of the way I was treated today, I will never return.

It's literally one of the worst einstein bros. I've been to. I was willing to give it another try but today was my last straw. When I placed my order, I was told it'd be done in about 15-20 minutes, I got there 25 minutes after I ordered. Once I got there, I was told there was no more ancient grain, which this is the 3rd time this has happened. Nothing too serious I just ordered another bagel. My order wasn't even started, I waited at the restaurant another 20 minutes, I get home the drinks were already watered down from sitting behind the counter. I do not recommend this location, it's such a bummer because unfortunately it's the only one in ep.

I had never been to an Einstein's for breakfast. I ordered my breakfast sandwich with the new sausage cheese bagel...it was absolutely delicious 😋 the coffee was excellent. My boyfriend bought several to bring home, since we live in Las Cruces.
