I've been looking forward to a Garlic Bagel, Cream Cheese and Lox for a while. I finally stopped in to Einsteins Bagels. The best bagels in town. You will see. They have Senior Discounts, too. I didn't have to ask. Stop in for a bite. Order your favorite bagel and sides. Eat away.Parking: Small center with plenty of parking.

1st time I tried this place was at school(NMsU campus). It was definitely comvinient.If you blink you’ll miss the location. But you can not go wrong with the bagels and amazing coffee they provide.The gentlemen working were great in service.Cleaning the dining area.Making fresh coffee.The parking is limited.Thank you boys and Einstein Bagels for my brunch bagel ?????

My recent ventures to Einstein Bros. Bagels, have left me torn between the promise of delightful bagel experiences and the frustrating reality of constant shortages, even during the early hours. Despite the charming scent of fresh bagels and welcoming staff, the recurring issue of an empty bagel display by 9-10 am has become a disappointing trend that significantly impacts the overall customer satisfaction.On more than one occasion, I have entered the store with a specific bagel flavor in mind, only to be met with empty displays or a severely depleted stock. It's perplexing to witness this shortage, especially when there's ample time left before the store's scheduled closing hours.The staff, while courteous, seemed unable to provide a satisfactory explanation for the consistent bagel deficit. They would offer apologies but never really explain why the bagels aren't in stock. However, as a customer, it's disheartening to encounter the same problem repeatedly without seeing any tangible improvements.While the taste and quality of the bagels at Einstein Bros. are undoubtedly commendable, the constant out-of-stock issue significantly hampers the overall customer experience. It is my sincere hope that the management addresses this ongoing problem, ensuring that patrons can enjoy the full array of delicious bagels promised by the establishment.In summary, The establishment's potential as a top-tier bagel destination is hindered by the persistent lack of inventory, especially during the crucial morning hours. Until the management addresses and resolves this ongoing problem, Einstein Bros. Bagels may struggle to secure a wholehearted recommendation from customers seeking a reliable and satisfying bagel experience.

So my husband's name is FAKE? You've never heard the most popular name in the WORLD, which is Muhammad???? Arabs and Muslims eat bagels, too. Never stepping foot into yours or any Einstein's ever again. Waiting around for almost 40 minutes because you think the name "Muhammad" is fake. On top of that, there was little to no brisket in the order. I'm not looking for reimbursement, but you people need to understand that other cultures exist outside of the Twilight zone that is El Paso.

We’ve had Einstein Bagels in AZ so I am familiar with the establishment. The one we visited this morning was awful. It was dirty, the coffee was cold and when I tried another selection they were out of everything. Worst part was the creamer was spoiled! I’d like to say the staff was polite and attentive but that was far from true. We ran out with our paid food that went straight to the dumpster. Waste of $25. At Starbucks now getting our coffee.

I would give zero stars if I could. I simply asked for salt and the manager made it a huge deal and decided to talk s*** about me to her whole staff while I'm eating right in front of them. simple for saying "may I have salt please". Eggs and avocado dont have any seasoning.
