We visited because the tv commercial made the food sound great! The barbacoa is NOT the best in El Paso ,,, Much less in Texas as the claim ! They don’t offer variety of refreshments . The chicharrón was a bit too salty and not appealing. The women’s restroom is out of order . The men’s toilet seat is broken and there were no paper towels or hand dryer.

Worst customer service I've ever had, my oder was incomplete, i ordered a plate called hotcakes completos , it supposed to have bacon but didn't. When i asked the sever she just said yes it supposed to come with bacon but we run out, and she just disappeared not even offering some kind of substitute for the bacon. The food was ok but they should at least told me when i ordered my food that they had no bacon or if i wanted to get a different plate or something. Not to mention the waiting time to get my order was more than 35 for a simple order of hot cakes .

Scarcely a 3. Not the best customer service. Food was not bad but also not great. Agua fresca was good buuut.. $6 a pop 😅 i miiiiight do pick up again.... other than that I would avoid. Windows were leaking, granted rain is rare in ep... that should still be fixed for safety and sanitary reasons. Women's bathroom was out of order. No drink options other than coke cans or the over priced Agua frescas so... meh at best 🤷♀️😊

Best barbacoa I ever had 13.52 half a lb. 27 the whole lb. Not to greasy. Comes w corn tortillas, limes, cilantro n onion, red salsa, green salsa. Absolutely delicious. Bad part they close at 2 pm so get your fix early open at 6 am.
