hello I just came to say that there service is terrible I waited over 40 minutes when they said my food would be ready at 9 I didnt get it till 942 and reminder it was not busy at all, and then I get home to something that I did not order food is good but I really wanted what I ordered

I’ve ordered from El Paso wing house from Uber eats twice now and while I can’t say anything about the atmosphere at the location obviously the food is absolutely unbelievable. Be careful when ordering the xtra hot because they’ll knock your socks off. This is the only wing place in El Paso that actually makes their wings wet when you order them wet.The mozzarella sticks are going to amaze you because the wing house is the only place that actually makes their sticks and not just reheats premade sticks.Definitely try the fried pickles. The malt they use for the breading is amazing. The flavor hits twice with a fantastic wave of vinegar on the second go around.My wife and I have tried several places here in El Paso and this place takes the cake for us. Without a doubt when it comes down to wings we aren’t going anywhere else!
Food gets better every time I come here. Leslie was super attentive and courteous. This place is great for a late night diner .

Dear El Paso Wing House, where do I begin? Let's start with 'Edgar' in the kitchen, who apparently takes rudeness to Olympic levels. Then there's the one female trainer, who must have mistaken 'training' for 'torture.' And oh, the Trap music? I thought I stumbled into a noise complaint waiting to happen. The beer? Hotter than a summer day in the desert. And those fries? More broken than my heart after this dining disaster. Service felt like a sarcastic comedy routine. If zero stars were an option, I'd be clicking it faster than I fled from your establishment.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. I went based on the high reviews it had and was extremely disappointed. The wings are a size small and the sauce was not tasty enough to make me want to go back. The shoestring fries were all broken into tiny one inch pieces. The beer was hot and had to be sent back. As for the restaurant itself it smelled like a greasy pit of cooking oil. They need a better ventilation system. The music was too loud for the crappy sound system they have. We had a nice server but the place was not good at all.

I have eaten here before and it was good. I ordered today online and when getting the food and eating it … not worth the money or the wait. Wingstop or the shack is way better. Sad waffle fries and sad fried pickles.
