Went when they first opened. They were SOO busy but all staff was friendly and my order was correct. Seeing other comments about napkins on the floor and what not is silly. Give a new establishment some grace people. You know how this city is - a new place opens and the whole city goes!

Really bad service and bad quality food. You can have bad or okay service but if the food if good we can all agree to come back. This restaurant has neither. The Chipotle Quesadilla does not include chipotle, what? It just called that. The side of guacamole is for like to tostadas.

The chicken is delicious, but the wait is ridiculous. The store was empty. We came through drive thru and they told us it would be a 10 minute wait.... It's been 26 minutes......AND COUNTING! They had us park... and we're STILL waiting.

DO NOT CATER FRIM THIS PLACE! They got my order catering wrong and NAZIRA was very rude person on top of not putting the tortillas for a catering of 30 people. She didn’t make it up or apologized at all. Don’t take this risk if you’re catering and better off with Don Carbon or other place.

When I first knew about El Pollo Loco coming to El Paso me living in Las Cruces, I had to come try it out. Me coming from LA and knowing El Pollo Loco, still tastes the same as I remember it. The food was great and place was clean, can't say nothing bad about it. Definitely coming back again for sure

Friday 12/12/25 330pm My boss hadn't ate here in like 15 years. I grew up in Los Angeles so we are very familiar with the flavor of this chicken. What a disappointment. We ordered the 16 piece family meal. The chicken was total dry. Sides were ok. Even the churros were a disappointment. Maybe it's because they were super busy. Just not what we expected for $50.

Very clean very well organized, and the service was great. The chicken was dry and overcooked. Some pieces were charred. I get the whole grilled chicken theme but not the chard beyond I can eat it. I would like to go back when they improve their chicken cooking. Churros are great hot crispy outside, moist inside and covered in delicious cinnamon sugar. That was the highlight of our meal.
