2/4/24 Called ahead to order a caldo de res name under Ricardo, went in to pick up my food in suggested time. Waited an extra 20 mins to get my food. Got home my caldo was super cold and not even warm. Called store to get a refund and supposed “Manager” in charge closing shift same person at register said all they can do is apologize for the moment? &’ he had to ask Business Owner first in order to get my refund. Super unprofessional and bad customer service. Coming from a General Manager from Wingstop this is very unpleasant and unacceptable service. If owner sees this hope I do get a response left my name and phone number for him. Will be stopping by tomorrow to see what happens next.
