Well I don’t know what happened to this bar. It was such a great cocktail bar but now it’s one big mess. The huge/tall GM/bartender with the long black hair gets completely obliterated . Dancing on the bar, throwing drinks on people, passing out in the stall ! This isn’t a one time occurrence. It’s been like this for MONTHS! It’s the same one OVER AND OVER again.

Unique unground bar with a unique list of cocktails. Bar tender provided guidance on what to select and made the drinks with precision.

Won’t be returning here again. One of y’all’s bartenders is one of the rudest and most disrespectful humans I have encountered. Everyone deserves to be treated equally, especially when they are genuine and kind.

Rude as heck. That is all. People just having a good time don't need no sarcasm. No need to be callous

Loved the creativity of velvet elvis, the atmosphere is fun and the drinks are something else. Very interesting menu also lol

Best bar in El Paso! From cheap beers to creative and quality cocktails. This place is down to earth and understands a good drink.

Super lame spot, mean people and bandwagoneers. Super aggressive management that steal ideas and scam people watch your credit cards here and be carful they have prettt much ruined everything good that the Pershing in stood for, very u comfortable atmosphere and Abercrombie and fitch vibes everywhere.

Very gross place, has alt right vibes.. off putting smells and all the drinks I got tasted artificial for “curated” cocktails… there glassware was dirty and they rip off other bars like later later and bar international, it’s one of those places that calls itself trendy and they do it un ironically, there uniforms are Abercrombie and fitch lol! So sad they are Inside The Pershing in, they appropriate it’s history in the worst way and have pretty much ruined the place for me, the bartenders are super inappropriate and made a bunch of racial comments towards my black friends hinting that they where going to steal which the glassware (lol even though we wouldn’t even drink out of the glassware it was so dirty) super offensive experience for all of us… everything’s artificial and fails in all the worst ways even for El PasoNever go here!

Wanted to like this place, BUT, sadly, place is…bad, to put it nicely. Bartenders and servers are rude and pretentious. Food was gross. Drinks were gross. Management was unprofessional and confrontational. The list goes on. Don’t waste your time (or money) here. Sucks that this is what’s inside the Inn!

Ceasar is a great mixologist! Always gets me plastered guaranteed, all the bartenders under him are also taught very well.Always hear great music when I arrive from beginning to end. All around the vibe is immaculate

Fantastic experience! Jo was a fantastic artist with her ability to make cocktails. She made sure to keep her customers engaged and entertained the ENTIRE visit. Great job!

Relaxing atmosphere, good music but what makes this place it’s the AMAZING customer service. My bartender which was apparently the GM was so friendly and helpful when explaining the type of drinks they offer. They have so many cool options. Will definitely come back.

ABSOLUTE WORST—EVER!! DISHWATER TASTING DRINKS. INEXPERIENCED KIDS WORKING THE BAR, OVERPRICED EVERYTHING, SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE... NO ONE HERE KNOWS ANYTHING, ESPECIALLY WHAT A MR. BOSTONS IS... PLEASE TRAVEL ELSEWHERE AND LEARN HOW TO RUN A RESTAURANT/BAR. QUIT EMBARRASSING YOURSELVES WITH THESE TERRIBLES TASTING CONCOCTIONS THAT ARE SOOO POORLY EXECUTED!!! MY TORTURE SESSION CONSISTED OF ME FORCEFULLY HAVING TO MEET A LOCAL BUSINESS CONTACT THERE AT THIS DUMP. THERE IS NO HOPE FOR THIS PLACE, NO ONE KNEW ANY COCKTAIL TERMINOLOGY AT ALL. HORRIBLE LIL HOLE IN THE WALL... DO NOT BOTHER GOING!!

This place is awesome! The music, vibe and look was great. The bartender was very knowledgeable and could make anything. I ordered a Rusty Nail and it was very good and aromatic. I'm passing through before deploying but I'm definitely coming back whenever I come to Ft. Bliss.

Amazing hidden gem! Was playing pool at the Pershing and thought the door that lead to Velvet Elvis was a storage room of some sort. There was no traffic so I didn't even take a second look. It was almost like walking into the wardrobe in Narnia! Such a different vibe and it was SO cute. Almost felt like I was somewhere posh in New York with the brick accent wall. May I add, the cocktails and craftsmanship was unmatched! The bartenders knew what they were doing and put so much detail into each cocktail. The menu was even so chic. You can tell the owner pays attention to every detail. Highly recommend!
