Electrifry-ed Loaded Fries

They put out a sign saying be back in 10 minutes and a half hour later I order somewhere else. Another person from the restaurant next door stopped by and entered the kitchen, turns out she was there in the back the whole time eating. If you don't want to work and help customers just say that.

The fries was fire!! If you made it this far just go thru with it you won’t be disappointed.. ps…las carnosas fries went hard!!

This place has really good food but it is totally hit or miss and I get it normally one person but lately it's been more if a miss. Today I grabbed the Carlos's gor lunch and had to wait almost my whole lunch for them but when I did start eating them, the fries where burned , hard and old...horrible... ended up throwing them away. It will be a while before I go back again.

The food is great, my husband got the buffalo fries, I got the Philly ones and my sister got the hot Cheetos ones and they were all so delicious. I’ve come several other times after to get my loaded fries fix but it seems they’re never there and always have the “be back in 10 minutes” sign. I’ll wait to see if they’ll be back but they never do ? super unfortunate I guess they don’t want business

I've been here twice and I've only ever ordered the pulled pork fries. And I don't see a need to order anything else cause it's freaking slamming.

Got there at 12:26pm
Rung the bell as posted on the front. No answer and still waited a few minutes. Rung the bell again and a young gentleman man comes out and tells me that the kitchen doesn’t open for another 10 minutes. I asked him at what time they open and then he proceeded to hold a few moments to look at his computer and check the time and claimed that at 12:30pm. (Take note that its already 12:29pm) I then proceeded to wait 10 minutes and the same thing happened, no response. More people came in and were not attended either.

Online it clearly states that they open at 11:30 AM.

I clearly see that they have good reviews on food, but it is the customer service side that they are suffering from.

The fries are AMAZING. I'm sitting here eating my fries and had to stop to write this review...delicious.

Delicious fries! My favorite fries are the Buffalo!! The owners and employees are so nice. 10/10

Used to be soooo delicious. The last two time they have tasted old, unseasoned and lacking enough cheese. They need to go back to the way they were before

Disgusting. I couldn't even eat it all. It was a mushy soup with nacho cheese sauce and fries. Overly salty, too heavy on sauce, and just not edible in my opinion. I'm dreading what's in store for me tomorrow
