I would not recommend this caterer to anyone. I called ahead to place a delivery order. I spoke with Yvonne and gave her the date, time, place, number of people and the plate that we were ordering. She took down my information along with my credit card information. What i found strange is she never asked me for my name or phone number. She said she got the order and that they would not charge anything to my card until they delivered the food. Well the day came for the food to be delivered and I get a call asking what time was the food going to be delivered. I immediately called the number I had called and no one answered. I called a different number listed and they said Yvonne was not there. I spoke to a rude person named Alma. I told her I had placed the order and it wasn’t delivered she said it was not on her calendar. Yvonne apparently did not place the order! Alma asked sarcastically if I still wanted to place the order and I cancelled it. Rude and unprofessional people there.

Catered on Christmas dinner was great, the Chicken Cordon Bleu, The Salad, The Rice, the Veggies, and the presentation, all the food was excellent I recommend Juan Carlos's chef for all the events, He is very professional.
