Good Service. Expensive for what it is. Food was great.. but tables are cafeteria tables... not elegant, not refined. Feels more like a cafeteria.

Food and service were OK. The place is nice and quiet. For the price I expected something better. We ordered the crab bisque and the foie gras. The bisque was ok but tasted too much to tomato. The foie gras plate was very well dressed, but the portion of foie gras was miniscule. I do not remember having a smaller portion in my life, even in a tapa. The chateaubriand and short ribs were good. The creme brulee was substandard. The caramelized sugar was excessive for the thin layer of creme in the plate.

I had an absolutely wonderful time at this restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and tastefully decorated, perfect for a relaxing evening out. The food was exceptional each dish was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with fresh ingredients. Whether you're a foodie or just looking for a great meal, you won't be disappointed. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was our waitress, Adriana. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Her recommendations were spot on, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell she really cares about her guests.

Some food items were poorly prepared. Shrimp cocktail shrimp not fully defrosted. Cesar salad lump. Duck good. Service somewhat spotty.

The Manager was very attentive as was the waiter. Prices are high, but it is a higher end restaurant. Some loved their dinners, some did not. The French Onion Soup is essentially a cup with little cheese or bread in it. The burger is always great. Other than adding it to the salad, there was nothing on the menu for the person who only eats chicken.

I wanted to be excited. I made a 7pm indoor reservation. However, when we showed up, there wasn't any availability despite my reservation, so we sat outside. It was nice enough of an evening, however, toward the end of two hours, it was getting warm. We ordered "the couples delight" (ribeye & seafood). It was cooked just the way we asked for it, which was great. It wasn't shoe leather, but it wasn't tender either. It was beautiful to look at though, but I was there to eat, not gander. The drinks/ cocktails were good as well as dessert. The service was good too. The appetizer, which was tomato basil soup with crab, was more like chunky marinara to me, so it was not to my liking and for the life of me could not taste nor see any crab. It was a full house that Sunday night. For $300, though, we've had much better steaks at Weso & Pelicans. So if we do decide to try again, we'll definitely not be ordering steak, but I highly doubt we will because it was so disappointing.

The restaraunt smoke alarms rang because of excessive kitchen smoke. We had to go to the patio which was nice. I like the food and the service. I feel the establishment should of caught the smoke peoblem early. It was troublesome for us and other guests.

We celebrated a generational milestone last night at Entrecôte & Co. The service was professional with just the right amount of class. Emilio was our server and was very attentive and quick to ensure our evening was outstanding. The food was great, plating was beautiful, and the drinks well poured.

When we arrived, the noise level made us reconsider staying. However we wanted to dine here based on previous reviews. We were seated on time and were greeted by our server. He was helpful a had a fun personality. We ordered salads and soups. Tables around us that arrived after us were served promptly. Ours was delayed and delayed. They finally arrived and less than 5 minutes into salad the server told us entrees were ready and if we wanted them hot he would have to bring them out NOW. Balancing entree plate a salad plates was a challenge. Not what you expect at a high end restaurant. At this point server disappeared and spent most a his time serving other tables. He was not around to take the empty salad plates and we had no choice but to stack them on the table to make room for entree plate. Food was good quality but the other deficiencies will keep us away. The bill was presented and I gave him 2 cards with instructions on how to split the bill. He it did wrong and over charged by $6. We were so anxious to leave we let it ride. None of my party is planning to ever return.

First time here. Food was great, service was very good. Nice atmosphere, pretty quiet. Restaurant was not full, with enough wait staff to attend to everyone. Definitely not a cheap place to go, but worth the money for us. We will be back.

Entrecote never disappoints. Its one of the most beautiful restaurants in El Paso, food is 5 star excellent, service is excellent by being attentive but subtle. One of our favorite restaurants

Good food , a bit lukewarm on the steak. Mussels are very good. Great service by the young man

Upon arrival the hostess was outside smoking by the front door so upon her coming inside to seat us we were greeted with the smell of cigarette. Our steak was so charred I literally got physically ill! The seafood on my board was dry and cold. The seafood au gratin was great! Appetizer escargot was good but could have used some garlic. I paid with debit (cash) and was still charged 3.5% credit fee, when disputing this was told there is nothing that can be done. Of course it can, run as debit, not credit as you so easily did. I visited this restaurant years ago and it was great, there has definatly been a decline. We won't be back, there are other fine dining restaurants that stay consistent.

Overall good experience but disappointed with the food almost everything me and my wife ordered was too salty. The truffle fries looked and tasted like plain fries.

I normally don't ever post negative reviews, but the bad experience unfortunately started from the moment we got there. The host was very “inconvenienced” . The table was extremely wobbly and when we asked them to fix it, they attempted to after the 4th time we asked but still didn't fix it. The waitress was really nice and took care of us really well when we were there, but kept disappearing. Now for the food, the foil gras appetizer was absolutely disgusting and inedible, the sea bad tacos were just ok, and the lamb and potatoes were good but under seasoned. It's not ever expected, but we literally took one bite of the appetizer and expressed how terrible it was to the waitress and they still left it on the check. I have no problem spending money on good food and a good experience, but, The value of the experience for the price tag is quite rediculous at this restaurant. The only good thing about this place was the Mexican martini.
