During my recent visit to Entrecôte & Co in El Paso, I was disappointed with the meal. The calamari was tasteless and tough, lacking the expected tenderness. The ribeye steak, which I anticipated to be a highlight, arrived cold, diminishing its flavor and appeal. Similarly, the braised short rib was served cold, making it less enjoyable. Stephanie did very well. She was very informational about the different dishes and accommodating to all of our needs. She answered any questions we had and if she did not have the answer, she introduced us to someone who could give us the best information.
