Best Pulled Pork Sandwich I’ve ever had. I first tried their brisket nachos a few months back which was delicious but the Pulled Pork is AMAZING. DELICIOUSNESS ON A BUN. Highly recommend, very nice staff and great service!!

OMG! Came home from work wondering about what to do for dinner and my apartment complex did it again. I ordered the brisket plate, made really quick, maybe 10min. I bring it in and open it… at first glance it looked like it could have fed two adults (I’m 6ft and 220lb) or that I might have leftovers… No, that is not the case. I now have the meat sweats and about to succumb to a food coma while I type this out… I finished it all. The meat. The beans. The mac&cheese, THE CORN BEARD MUFFIN! All of it…

Absolutely delicious barbecue! The sauce was tangy and sweet, the mac and cheese cooked just right. The pork ribs, I think were just tougher than I prefer. Loved the sweet corn bread with my food and you get a good amount of food for your money. Unfortunately, my first time trying them was on a Juneteenth celebration day and the order took twice as long as the estimated wait time. I fully understand they were super busy, it was just frustrating when i and other customers were hungry. I will try Fa Sho BBQ again soon on my next paycheck, and I will revise my review based on that.
Also, something I don't see a whole lot on most food trucks here in EP, the iPad ordering was smooth and user-friendly. And the owner sitting at the window to take cash payments and answer questions, was courteous and helpful.

First of all love his iPad ordering system that is set up! Makes it easy to choose what to order and everything with pictures, plus helps to order, not yell when there is loud music playing. Food was great! Large portions! I had the catfish and shrimp platter.. was delicious and the cornbread muffin was the cherry on top along with the dipping sauce! I also got to taste Ribs and sausage from a friend’s plate and the bbq was legit! If you see this food truck around definitely give it a try!
